Christmas was approaching rapidly and (Y/n), Emma and Michael were going out of town. They were being joined by Alex and his family, Emma's parents, Oliver and his children, and Florence.
Tonight was a hectic night since everyone was getting ready to leave tomorrow morning. "Mummy! I don't know how to pack a suitcase!" Michael groaned, flopping on his parents bed. "Well you're gonna have to learn." Emma told him, getting him off the bed. "But nobody will help me!" He added. "You can do it, now go." Emma ushered him out of the room.
Once it was time for dinner the real issues started. There wasn't any cheese pizza for Michael since everyone else ate it, and he was way too picky to eat any of the others. After a fight with his older cousin Harrison, Michael was sent up to the attic for the night. It definitely didn't help that all of his cousins had been picking on him.
"I hate this family!" Michael shouted in anger. "Well then maybe you should ask Santa for a new one." Emma told him, equally as angry as he was. "I don't want a new family! I want no family! Families are stupid!" He argued.
"You'd be pretty sad if you woke up tomorrow and you didn't have a family." Emma shared, opening the attic door and gesturing Michael to go inside. "No I wont! I'll be happy!" He told his mother to spite her. "Just stay up here. I don't want to see you for the rest of the night." Emma sighed, closing the door.
The next morning was a hectic morning for everyone. They had to rush out of the house since their alarms didn't go off, and in the heat of the moment nobody realized Michael wasn't there. Florence had thought he was with Emma, Emma had thought he was with Alex, and Alex thought he was with Oliver, and Oliver thought he was with Emma. In conclusion, nobody knew who actually had Michael, and nobody actually had Michael. He was still in the attic.
"Do we have everyone?" Chris asked, and Alex nodded. "All the kids are in the car. Michael is with Emma." He shared, not counting correctly since Michael was missing.
"Are all the kids in the car?" Emma asked Florence. "Michael's with Alex and Oliver." Florence told her. And so, they all got in the car and drove off, not realizing Michael wasn't with any of them.
"Mummy?" Michael called out, walking out of the attic. "Daddy? Flo? Ollie?" He continued, calling to see if anyone was home. "I made my family disappear!" He shouted, running down to the kitchen.
While Michael was trying to fit four different flavors of ice cream into a bowl, Emma was sat in her seat on the plane, trying to shake off the feeling that she had forgotten something.
"Michael!" She whispered shouted. "We forgot Michael! He's at home!" Emma told (Y/n), starting to freak out. "How could we have forgotten him?" (Y/n) wondered. "He wasn't in his room when I went to wake him this morning! I thought he had been up already!" Florence told them. "He didn't sleep in his room, he was in the attic. Oh my god, I'm a horrible mother." Emma mumbled. "As soon as the plane lands we will get back on and go back. Call Dan or Bonnie or someone to go see if he's okay." (Y/n) announced.
After an hour of worrying from the adults while the kids couldn't care less, they finally had landed. (Y/n) went to go book new tickets back while Emma called Bonnie. "Bonnie! Can you go over to the house and see if Michael is okay?" Emma asked the minute Bonnie answered the phone. "What? Why is he home and your not?" Bonnie asked.
"Just please go check! I'll explain later!" Emma snapped. "Okay, I'm on my way over." Bonnie announced, and Emma sighed in relief. "Okay thank you. Call me when you get there." She thanked. "Alright." Bonnie mumbled. "Did you get anything?" Emma asked (Y/n), and he nodded. "The flights in two hours." He told her.
Meanwhile with Michael, he was currently spreading his legos out all over the floor. He had seen two men creeping around the house, and it was his job to stop them after his family had disappeared. Bonnie was on her way, but she didn't know what she was getting into.
After hearing a few bangs around the house, Michael had ran away and now hid under his parents bed. "I want my mummy.." he mumbled, now regretting that he had made his parents disappear. All he wanted was to have them back.
"Michael!" Bonnie called out, opening the door. Michael mistook her for one of the intruders, who were long gone now after seeing they couldn't get it, and his series of traps set off. "Ow!" Bonnie shrieked, stepping on a few legos. As she climbed up the stairs she nearly got hit with a paint can, and when she opened the bedroom door, a bunch of cold water had dropped on her. "Bonnie?" Michael asked, peeking his head out from under the bed. "It's just me." She confirmed, and Michael got out from under the beg and hugged her legs.
"Bonnie, I made my family disappear but I don't want them to disappear! I want them to come back!" Michael cried. "It's okay, you didn't make them disappear. They're just at the airport. They'll be home soon." Bonnie reassured him.
Bonnie sent a text to Emma saying Michael was fine and with her, and about how his many traps went off. Emma was relieved once she found out Michael was okay, and he stayed with Bonnie while (Y/n) and Emma got on their flight back.
After a few hours, Emma and (Y/n) we're back at home. They unlocked the door and Michael instantly came running over to give them a hug. "I'm sorry I made you disappear!" Michael apologized, giving his mother a hug and then his father. "It's okay, we're back now and we're not going anywhere." (Y/n) told him, and they spent the rest of the day watching Christmas movies.
