Emma hates cartoons. She doesn't like how violent they are and especially doesn't want Michael watching them. She only lets him watch educational things, which is the opposite of (Y/n).

(Y/n) loves cartoons. He thinks their funny and he watched them when he was a kid. It only made sense for him and Michael to watch them together. However, since Emma didn't like them, he had to watch them with Michael when Emma was gone.

Today Emma was doing an interview for her newest movie and was going to be gone for most of the day. So, (Y/n) turned on the Tv and made him and Michael some breakfast.

Once their breakfast was made, they both ate their breakfast and watched cartoons together. Tom and Jerry started playing, and Michael didn't take his eyes off of the Tv until it ended.

"That was funny!" Michael told his father. "They're always funny. The next one will be on soon." (Y/n) responded, and Michael looked back at the Tv. The next cartoon was an episode of the Simpsons, which Michael wasn't allowed to watch at all, but he got to anyway.

After a few more episodes of the Simpsons, Michael got restless and wanted to go outside. The two boys went outside and Michael rode his bike for a while before he was ready for lunch. After having some sandwiches, he got to watch another cartoon.

Emma came into the house a few minutes later, seeing Michael watch an episode of Tom and Jerry. She didn't really like it, but she let Michael watch it because she could tell it was almost over. Once the episode finished she turned off the Tv, and that got Michael's attention. "Hi mummy!" He waved, getting up and giving her a hug. She wrapped her arms around him and then sat down on the couch with Michael, and started telling everyone about her interview.

"Michael, did you watch cartoons all day?" Emma asked, and Michael shook his head. "No, we played outside and I got to ride my bike!" He told her, and she nodded. Now that he wasn't in trouble, everyone went back outside to see Michael ride his bike without the training wheels, and it was a good ending to a good day.

(It's a bit rushed at the end and I apologize for that!)
