I headed home after finishing my last day at work before Christmas. This year has been one of the worst for me,so many bad things happened and hardly any good. The main good thing that happened was my two close friends Jack and Gellert had come to live with me to help me out. I walked into my house,shut and locked the front door and walked to the living room before flopping onto the sofa.
The house is strangely quiet,I don't mind if the guys have gone out. After a few moments I hear hushed talking coming from the kitchen,I get up from my place on the sofa and slowly walk to the kitchen. I see Jack and Gellert with there backs to me "Hey guys" I say,the two men face me but have there arms behind there back's "Love you're back early" Jack says.
"Y/n did say today was a half day" Gellert says "I'm glad its over" I say"What have you two been up to?" "We went...er.." Jack begins "You might want to sit for this" Gellert says "What did you two do?" I ask,folding my arms across my chest "Nothing bad" Jack says "Then what's up?"I ask.
"You tell her blonde" Jack says "We came up with the idea,that we should get you something amazing for Christmas" Gellert begins "We decided on a puppy" Jack adds "That's sweet of you" I say "But...it didn't go to plan" Gellert admits "What happened?"
"Well we went to the local dog shelter to get a puppy, but we couldn't agree on what breed to get" Gellert says "I wanted to get a Jack Russell" Jack says "I said a Siberian Husky would be better" Gellert tells me"Then we argued over which one to get" "And the bad part?" I ask,the guys share a look and Jack shows he is holding a Jack Russell puppy

"I don't see the problem?"
"We got a puppy we wanted and forgot,we meant to get one for you love" Jack says "We acted selfishly and let our ego's get in the way of common sense" Gellert says "Well you did own up to your mistake, but you're not selfish far from it" I tell them "But we should have got you the puppy, not us" Jack says.
"That doesn't matter,you rescued two puppies that's what counts" I tell them "I didn't think of it like that" Gellert admits "Well whist I go change,you two can play with your new pups".
No one's P.O.V
Once Y/n had left the kitchen, the guys put there pups onto the floor and they play together. Jack sat and watched them play as Gellert paced about "Shouldn't you be bonding with you dog,mate" Jack says "Probably, but this isn't sitting right with me" Gellert sighs"We set out to do something nice for Y/n after she took us in and then only thought of ourselves "
"Guilt" Jack says,as his puppy plays with his hair "What?" Gellert asks "You feel guilty about what you did" Jack explained "How do you know this" Gellert asks,looking at Jack "A book" Jack shrugs "You read a book?" Gellert asks shocked "...well no, I heard someone talk about it" Jack admits "Still the only way to fix the problem with this feeling, do the right thing savvy"
"Then I'm going to get Y/n a puppy, like we should have"Gellert says before disaperting "Taught him well" Jack says to his puppy, who just tilts his head to the side
Y/n p.o.v
It had started to snow by the time I rejoined Jack with the puppies "So Sparrow,what you calling your pup?" I ask "Jackie" he says "So Jackie the Jack Russell" I say "Aye" "I like it,where is Gellert?" I ask not seeing the wizard.
"He was feeling guilty about not getting your pup,so he went to fix it" Jack says,at that moment Gellert reappeared covered in snow "Good you're here,I have fixed the problem" Gellert says "You mean your guilt" Jack says "Yes" Gellert says and from in side his coat,Gellert brings out a little Dalmatian puppy

"He was the last puppy of his litter, no one wanted him" I take the puppy from Gellert.
"You didn't have to G" I tell him "Know one else wanted him,and there was talk about...putting him to sleep" Gellert says the last bit angry "I wouldn't allow it" "The wizard has gone soft" Jack grins "I have not" Gellert says"And if I have its Christmas...so I can be soft"I put my pup with the other two and hug my wizard.
"You big softie" I say "I'm never going to hear the end of this" Gellert grumbles "Nope" "Hey I want a hug" Jack says getting up and joining the hug"What are you two calling you dogs?" "You've named yours?" Gellert asks, breaking our hug "Aye,meet Jackie" Jack grins,Gellert rolls his eyes"Let's see you do better?"
"Demon" Gellert says confidently "Bugger,that is good" Jack says"He's got your eyes "Jackie is chewing on the bottom of Gellert's coat "Kindly remove your dog,Sparrow" "He does what he likes,like me" Jack smirks,I bend down and remove the puppy from Gellert's coat and hand him to Jack,Jackie then starts to chew on Jacks hair.
"Ow ow ow" Jack says,Gellert laughs picking up his puppy Demon "What about your pup, Y/n?"Gellert asks,I pick up my dog already knowing his name "Marshall" I say "Paw Patrol" the guys say "How do you two know that?" I ask them,they share a look"A fearsome pirate and a dangerous dark wizard watch cartoons,now that is a great Christmas present. "
