Gellert Grindelwald 13

I always knew life outside of prison would never be easy to adjust to. Considering I have been in jail since I was 18 and I had been in there for over 10 years. But then my luck changed when I met Gellert Grindelwald. At the time he had been impersonating a Aurora and then went to jail,he then escaped jail himself and was then walking around as someone else, but when the time came for him to leave properly, I went with him.

I've been at Nurmengard for almost a year now,and I still don't feel like I'm fitting in. Being in jail at such a young age has made me wary of people, I don't trust them and I don't open up easily. On the rare occasions when I get to talk with Grindelwald, I find him so much easier to speak with. I guess it helps he was in jail like I was.

Although Grindelwald was in jail because he wanted to be,I on the other hand was falsely imprisoned for murder. I mainly wandered around the castle unseen by the others,I just watched them being normal people. Making friends and having relationship's
"They don't know how lucky they are" I think to myself.

My silent observation of the others hadn't gone as unnoticed as I thought, I had decided to stay in the living room as most of the time it is empty. But to my surprise someone decides to join me.
"Alone again I see" the voice of Grindelwald says,taking me from my thoughts. I look up at him from my seat on the sofa.

"I'm used to it,I prefer it actually" I tell him,he walks over to the window and watches the snow falling
"It saddens me to hear you say that Y/n" Grindelwald says
"Like my happiness means anything to you" I say quietly, but not quietly enough as Grindelwald turns away from the window and walks over to me
"Your happiness means a great deal to me" Grindelwald says.

"Why would it,I have no reason to be here. I have no reason to not be any where except jail" I say,Grindelwald sits down beside me
"You are here because I want you to be here,you are very important to the greater good" Grindelwald tells me
"But why am I?" I ask him,Grindelwald looks at me,his miss matched eyes staring right into my own eyes.

"You more than anyone here deserves the chance to be free,and I want to help you achieve that" Grindelwald tells me
"But what about Credence?" I ask
"Despite his upbringing Credence has had his freedom, but you my dear Y/n had that taken from you" Grindelwald says, he reaches over to me and places his hand onto my cheek.

With Grindelwald sat beside me and his hand on my face,I had the strangest feeling in my stomach. It is like something is flying around in there,and my whole face is a lot warmer all of a sudden
"But why does the great Grindelwald care about my freedom so much?" I ask him
"You really don't know how much you mean to me,do you?" Grindelwald asks.

"I'm just a follower, I don't mean anything" I say quietly
"You mean more to me than anything or anyone ever has before" Grindelwald admits truthfully"I want to see you smile,I want to see you laughing,I want you to experience all you have missed out on and I want to be the one that helps you"
"What are you saying Grindelwald?" I ask him.

"I want you to be by my side Y/n"
"I am by your side"
"I don't want you to think of me as your leader,I want to be so much more than that" Grindelwald says"I want to be the reason you laugh and smile,I want to be the one you come to when you feel down" Grindelwald leans in closer to me and says quietly "I want to be your lover Y/n" and then he kissed me on the lips.

I'm shocked that Grindelwald would even feel this way about me,let alone want to be with me. I feel my self begin to kiss him back,his soft lips proving to hard to resist. We pull back several moments due to a lack of oxygen
"Grindelwald I..." I tried to say
"Call me Gellert my dear" Gellert says before reconnecting his lips to mine.
