Gellert Grindelwald 4 part 3.

Gellert's P.O.V.
I stood alone in our room,I should have guessed that Mark would do something like this and like a fool I let him get to me and then I took it out on the one person I care most about,my darling Y/n. By the time I had calmed down as best I could I went in search of Y/n,I had to apologize to her. I went straight to the library to search for her there,but she wasn't there. So I went to Credence to see if he knew where Y/n might be
"The kitchen,Queenie has made Christmas cookies"
"Of course, Y/n always eats them all and them blames Abernathy" I say more hopeful.

I left Credence and made my way to the kitchen hoping to find my darling in there. In my haste to get to the kitchen,I shoved plenty of followers out of my way. I think I even knocked some down the stairs oh well. I reached the kitchen and the door is open,I stand in the door way and search the room for her. And see her eating the cookies like Credence said. I crossed the room in a few strides to stop her from escaping me.

Y/n P.O.V
I stood hovering around the kitchen, I didn't know what to do with myself. Thankfully Queenie is busy so I could sneakily eat the Christmas cookies and then blame Abernathy for it later. Although it wasn't so fun this time,I just don't feel like it really. I had just eaten my third when someone stood behind me
"My darling" I hear a deep voice say,I stopped as I reached to take a four cookie,as a large pale hand covers my own.

I knew who it was the moment he spoke,no one else has a voice like his. I wasn't going to turn around, but I was turned anyway,I came face to face with Gellert
"Y/n I am so so sorry" Gellert says"I should have believed you and not let Mark get to me,I'm sorry for making you cry"It was the sincerest he had ever spoke in public
"I forgive you Gellert" I say.

"I don't deserve you or your forgiveness" Gellert says, I step to him and hug him,Gellert wraps his arms around me and rests his head on my shoulder
"You deserve all the kindness,happiness and love in the world,you are a truly amazing man and no matter what lies people say about you,I will always love and defend you to the day I die" I say quietly into his ear.

Gellert pulls back and looks down at me
"Did you just say you love me?"
"Not in those precise words, but yes I did" I say
"You love me" Gellert says
"I just said that" I say
"Say it properly" Gellert demands,I roll my eyes
"I love you Gellert Grindelwald" and the next second I feel Gellert's soft lips on my own and I kiss him back,forgetting we are in the kitchen.

As we kiss we hear clapping, a few cheers and a wolf whistle, we pull back for air
"I love you too Y/n L/n" Gellert says breathless

Mark's P.O.V
I made my way to the kitchen feeling smug,I made Grindelwald doubt his relationship which left Y/n for the taking. I opened the kitchen door feeling on top of the world. I walk around the room looking for something to eat when I over hear that American woman talk to the boy
"Oh you should have seen them Credence, they are so cute together" Queenie says.

"Who are?" I ask butting in
"Y/n and Grindelwald" Queenie says, the smile left my face"It was the cutest display of affection I have ever seen"
"Their back together?" I ask in disbelief
"Yep there together,I'm so happy for them" Queenie giggles
"Oh for fuck sake" I say angry and storm out.

No ones P.O.V

"What was that all about?" Queenie asks Credence
"I think Mark has a thing for Y/n,but Grindelwald got there first" Credence tells her
"Well hard luck,I don't like that Mark" Queenie tells him"This is going to be the cutest Christmas yet."
