14 ~ Trust Issues [Heavy angst]

Grian never allowed anyone to get close to him, so no one really knew if him being rude to a new member was how he reacted to someone new, or if it was just the man.

But the man knew Grian, so it could've been the latter.

Grian sat on the stairs of the deck as everyone partied inside.

"Still don't like parties?" The man asked sitting down next to Grian.

"Go away." Grian muttered, glaring at him.

"Look, can we just talk?" He asked.

"If your here to tell me what happened that night, someone beat you to it." Grian said, turning to the man.

"Your still going on about that?" He scoffed.

"I have a right to be angry."

"All you do is whine." He rolled his eyes. "What? Are you going to cry?"

Grian stood up and started walking off.

"I know you still love me, Grian."

Grian stopped in his tracks before turning to him.

"Don't do this here, Ethan."

And with those words, he turned and left the party.

If he didn't, they'd be pulling him away from a corpse.

Grian stood in front of the mirror as his mood was mostly happy.

He was slightly uneasy. He just thought it was cold feet. He was about to get married after all.

His white suit was perfect on him, and he was excited to walk down the aisle with his mother. His white suit top had two tails at the end, with white jeans and white flat dress shoes. His hair was neat, and his blue glasses were neatly placed on his face.

"Hun, you okay?" His mother asked, setting her hand on her son's shoulder.

"...Just cold feet, I guess..." Grian said, smiling to her.

She turned her son to him, and held Grian's shoulders as concern washed over her face.

"You can back out, you know..." She said.

"No, its..." Grian said.

Grian quickly came up with a lie.

"I'm just afraid he doesn't love me the same way I do to him..." grian said, smiling to his mother.

The wedding was perfect. Grian was happy to finally be marrying his love, and Ethan seemed extremely happy.

That night, Grian did anything Ethan wanted. But after a few months, Grian felt uneasy again.

Sure they both had jobs and worked, so it wasn't odd for Ethan to be home alone before Grian. He didn't want to ask Ethan, because he was afraid it would destroy their relationship.

But he had a hunch that Ethan was cheating on him.

Before long, Grian found the truth.

Grian stared at his sisters car confused. He was in hos driveway, and he'd just gotten out of his car.

He locked his car, before walking towards the sidewalk, and to the front door.
