Grian frowned as he looked at the new school. Nothing was wrong with it, he just got transferred because of grades. He didn't want to be here, he would rather be the invisible nerd in the back of the class.

"Come on, Grian. I know you don't want to be here, but it's best for your education." His mom said, squeezing his hand. Grian threw a hopeful pleading look at her, before she glared back at him.

"Fine." Grian signed, stepping out of the car. His mother tried to say something, but Grian just waved and walked into the school.

This school was a high class school, with only a few people being accepted through scholarships. Grian was one of them, even though he didn't want to be there. He sighed as he walked towards the office.

"Hello?" The receptionist asked.

"I'm Grian Xeqlua." Grian said. "I'm the new student..."

"Oh!" She said, smiling happily. "I'm Mrs. Rose. I'll go get your file and then you can leave."

You see, Grian was fluent in sign and many other languages. He was in honor role, only because he had taken them for fun, and the education at his last school wasn't providing enough for him. Or so his mom thought. He was okay at the school, there was no trouble for him.

"Mr. Xeqlua?" Mrs. Rose asked.

Grian smiled to her and reached out for the file.

"You can be late or absent to any classes today and tomorrow because your new. You have a free period right now, so go explore." Mrs. Rose said, waving Grian off into the school.

The students in the halls dispersed as the bell rung, some running to classes, others walking into the rooms near them. Grian walked through the hallway towards the outside area again, and found a bench close to a tree. It was covered in shade, so it was a suprise no one was sitting there. Grian chose a bench closer to the building. He read the file for a while before he heard footsteps towards him.

"Hey, dipshit. What are you doing in my spot?" One voice said. It was angry, but Grian could tell it was more frustrated at something else, not him.

"Dom, calm down. He's the new kid." Another voice said, punching the other.

Grian looked up and became nervous. Both were much stronger than Grian. The taller one had a weird hat, and the shorter had glasses and a biology textbook. He stood up and began walking away when someone grabbed his arm. He was spun around by the one with the hat, and pushed against the wall. His forearm was pressed into Grian's throat, resulting in the blonde's airway being blocked mostly. He was lifted off the ground, so that didn't help the short man's situation.

"Dom!" The other yelled. 'Dom' glared at him before letting Grian fall. Grian landed on his feet, thankfully. He backed away, but kept them in his sight.

"Come on J!" Dom yelled.

The argument thankfully stopped when another person walked up to them. He was more feminine, and had bunny ears.

"Dom! J! Don't scare the new student!" He yelled.

"Shut up Sam!" Dom yelled.

Grian snuck away at that point, and ran away from them. He found a bathroom, and locked himself in there. He checked his neck, and sighed. There would definitely be a bruise. He flipped his jackets hood up, and unlocked the bathroom door, before slipping into a stall.

Hopefully he could get to his dorm without seeing them again. He slid down the wall as he pulled out his phone. He played on it for a while before someone walked in.
