"How do we prove to them we haven't been trying to hurt them?" Wels asked, rubbing the wound on his arm.

The Hermits were at Boatem, trying to come up with ideas to prove to their evil counterparts they weren't trying to kill them. Grian and Mumbo stood farther away then anyone, only Grian's counterpart had been missing from the fight.

"Grian, why was your counterpart missing?" Doc asked, looking to the blonde.

Grian sighed before walking closer.

"I know something we can do, it's just sort of weird to do." Grian said. "It involves talking with some of my old high school friends..."

"And why is that weird?" Zed asked.

"Wait does that mean Taurtis too?" Pearl asked, seeing where Grian was leading.

"Unfortunately, most- if not all - hate me and a few of them are my exes." Grian said, already preparing himself for Dom and Taurtis's inevitable fight.

"And why didn't you mention it?" Xisuma asked. It wasn't meant to be rude, but it did have a slight hint of annoyance.

"...Because they live on a permadeath server, swear, and know a lot more about me then any of you guys do..." Grian felt his cheeks heat up as he spoke.

"A permadeath server?" Xisuma asked, the distaste wasn't unexpected.

"Yes, my admin was a piece of work to deal with." Grian admitted. "Although for two people he let the permadeath thing slid because he favored them."

...

Grian stared at the chaos as he sighed. Dom was fighting Rowan, Okami and Silly were teaching Ellen how to cook something. J, Invader, Sookie, and Taurtis were throwing knives at a life sized Sam cardboard cutout, with others dotted around the area. A blonde sat on the table reading a book alone. However, when the group walked into the grove, the blonde placed the book down and whistled. The actions around the blonde stopped, and the blonde turned quickly and sat criss cross on the table.

"Guys, this is my counterpart." Grian introduced. "Grian Xeqlua."

"Wait what?" False said.

"I will say, NPG, I never expected to see you again." Xeqlua said. "Not after I left you and Robot on that world."

"I'm sorry. What's going on here?" Impulse asked.

"NPG, or your Grian, is a 'counterpart' as you would call them. However, your Grian is just a clone of our Grian." J said, walking to stand next to Xeqlua. "Our Grian is chaotic neutral, while NPG is chaotic good. Robot Grian is a robot version of Grian me and him made. Robot is Chaotic Evil. The original Grian goes by Xeqlua, while NPG goes by Grian or NPG, and Robot goes by Robin or Rolo."

"This is why I was reluctant to bring you guys here..." NPG muttered.

"And here I thought it was because of mine and Xeqlua's ties to the Watchers." Taurtis said, walking over to them. "Also, if any of you were on Evo with NPG then you should know that the Taurtis on that server is a clone of me."

"Not a very good one, he doesn't have the di-" NPG threw himself at Xeqlua.

...

"Okay, back on topic. How are they supposed to help?" Xisuma asked.

"Well, as said before. Me and Taurtis have ties with the Watchers and-" Xeqlua began.

"Your ties literally come from creating the race after killing a god." Dom interjected.
