Newbie (Bucky x Reader)

Spa day

"Come on, wake up. Alpine is crying out here you two" Steve woke you both up as he was pounding on the door. "We have a full day ahead of us" he reminded you both.
You sighed softly and felt Bucky's arms tighten around you and he kissed you on the back of the neck.
"We are coming punk, give it a rest" Bucky's voice came out raspy.
"You slept through your morning run" Steve chuckled. At those words your eyes snapped open in shock and you turned to look at your phone charging on the nightstand.
"Oh shit" you rolled out of bed and stood up too quickly and had to sit down when you saw stars.
"Doll?" Bucky asked worriedly, moving quickly to your side.
"I stood up too fast" you admitted with flushed cheeks.
"Just sit there for a minute" he rubbed your back in a soothing motion. You sighed softly trying to get your sight back. Your head was spinning, and you felt a strong feeling of fatigue.
"Everything okay?" Steve asked through the door worriedly.
"She just went pale" Bucky got off the bed and knelt between your knees looking up at you worriedly.
"Do we need Loki?" Steve asked, his voice a little more hushed.
"Doctor Joy" Bucky thought about it for a moment. "Don't move doll, I'm just going to put my boxers on."
"Bucky, Stevie, I'm fine. I just stood up too fast" you tried to speak severely to them, but it came out in a whisper.
"I'm getting both" Steve's footsteps moved away from the door. You cradled your head while Bucky got off the bed and went quickly to the closet and threw on a pair of boxers. He came back a moment later with one of your satin nightgowns and helped you put it on quickly, without jostling you too much.
"Would it help to lay down?" Bucky asked worriedly.
"Baby, I'm okay. I just need a moment" you reached out and touched his cheek.
"Let Doctor Joy and Loki take a look just in case, for my sake" he frowned slightly. He went and opened the bedroom door and Alpine snaked in and jumped up onto the bed, then went straight for your lap. You started petting him, carding your fingers through his fur and smiling softly to yourself. Loki came gliding in a moment later and walked towards you with purpose.
"May I?" he asked expectantly holding out his hands. You gave a soft nod and he put his hands on your stomach. "They are fine" he assessed, "but the morning sickness seems to be coming back" he continued. "That's very quick, they must be strong little ones" he added with a small smile. He closed his eyes and spoke a few words in hushed tones and pulled back and you were feeling worlds better. Doctor Joy came in a moment later with a cart full of medical devices and you paled at the sight of it.
"It was just a bout of morning sickness coming back. I took care of it" Loki gave a proud smile.
"I'm still taking her blood pressure" Doctor Joy took out the monitor and started with taking your pulse before moving to taking your blood pressure. "As soon as you are back from the honeymoon, I want you in my office for a check up. You are showing quite a bit. Have you been taking your prenatal vitamins?" she asked quickly.
"Every morning before we leave the bedroom" Bucky nodded, still watching worriedly from the side.
"How are you feeling?" she asked as she checked your ears, nose and throat.
"Just tired now" you spoke softly, a little embarrassed. Even Steve was in the bedroom watching from the side worriedly.
"You are pretty healthy from what I can see. We will have to start on some blood tests and what have you when you are both back" she decided.
"Thank you both" you gave a small smile and waited for everyone to step back so you could stand. You got up slowly, and gave a small sigh of victory.
"Alright, I'm going to go finish my breakfast. Steve came in very worried" Doctor Joy gave a smile and walked back out pushing her cart.
"Do you need further assistance?" Loki asked, watching you like a hawk.
"No, I just need to pee" you blushed a bit. You heard Steve chuckle while Loki gave a smile and the pair of them headed out.
"I'll go get dressed" Bucky realized he was standing in his underwear still. You giggled and nodded and headed into the bathroom to do your business. You took time after to brush your teeth and your hair. You padded your way out and Bucky leaned down to give you a soft kiss before he went into the bathroom to do his business. He was already dressed in a pair of jeans and one of his black t-shirts and boots. You blatantly looked at his ass as he walked by and gave it a soft slap before letting out a small giggle and walking into the closet.
You picked out a set of pink satin panties and bra before putting on a soft pink, knee length maternity dress and you looked down to see that your stomach was showing a little more than when you first bought the dress. You slipped on a pair of white flats and came out of the closet with your purse already ready to go and Bucky came out of the bathroom.
"You look beautiful doll" he grinned happily and leaned down to kiss you softly on the lips.
"I didn't bother with makeup today" you blushed a bit.
"You've never needed makeup, and besides, you'll be at the spa all day" he took your hand and kissed your knuckles. He continued to hold your hand and led you out of the bedroom, through the suite and out towards the dining room.

Breakfast was a quick affair, where you all had places to be. You could see staff outside already preparing for the wedding. Sam was quick to give you some sass about missing your morning walk before Steve updated him quickly; it was a rough morning and Loki as well as Doctor Joy had been needed and necessary to help you out. Maria was quick to sass Sam for pushing you too much. When you got up to leave Bucky grabbed you quickly and tipped you back and kissed you passionately without any reservations in front of the entire team. Pepper quickly pulled on your arm, and away from the rest of the team. Bucky yelled that he loved you while you were pulled out the door. You were followed closely by Wanda, Nat, and Maria towards the car. You looked back over your shoulder to see Bucky standing there and watching you worriedly.
Pepper drove while you got to sit in the passenger seat, even though you offered it to the other girls. Everyone seemed to be more interested in having you comfortable in the front seat. You rubbed your stomach softly while she drove, enjoying the little flutters that were happening. You looked out the window at the scenery.
"Your dad is pretty excited for the wedding" Pepper broke the silence.
"And the impending babies" Maria added quickly. "Two words.. Travel. cribs" she enunciated the words for you. "It's almost adorable" she grinned.
"I am looking forward to both events" you smiled softly.
"What are you going to do with your nails?" Wanda asked excitedly.
"French tips, I think are the most suitable for the wedding" you gave a small smile. "My nails are thankfully long enough they won't have to do much with them" you added softly.
"Are you looking forward to Paris?" Nat asked quickly.
"I am, it's not a mission, so we get to honestly enjoy ourselves" you sighed happily.
"Here we are" Pepper parked the SUV and the five of you got out of the car. You looked at the fancy looking building and felt Maria put her hand in yours.
"It's going to be a good day, babe" she gave a wink.
"I miss my James already. I hope he's going to be okay at his stag party" you flushed a bit.
"There won't be any strippers, Steve is too old fashioned for that. Besides your dad is going to be there" Maria reminded you. You gave a small smile and followed Pepper who confidently walked through the doors.
"This is going to be so much fun!" Wanda giggled and followed behind you as the four of you followed Pepper into the building.
When you walked in, you were surprised how spacious the entryway was. There were plenty of seats available, but instead of being seated the associate at the front led the five of you down a hallway to private rooms to change and put your jewelry into a lock box. You were instructed to get completely undressed and to put on a robe and use the flip flops that were supplied. You hesitated while getting undressed, you hated the thought of taking off your jewelry, especially since Bucky normally liked to put it back on you in the most romantic of ways. You decided to take off everything but your engagement ring, because surely they didn't need that taken off as well. You walked out and there was a woman waiting for you who gave a small smile.
"Follow me" she instructed, and she led you to a large spacious room with several massage tables set out with a curtain to separate the beds. The room had almost floor to ceiling windows showing a large garden outside that was positively stunning. The hedges were in the shapes of animals, and there were a lot of rose bushes, as well as several flower bushes, proving that there were plenty of perennials. You decided to use your confidence card and took off your robe as soon as they closed the curtain and you hung it up. The masseuse came in and covered you up with a sheet and started rubbing in massage oils into your skin, expertly taking all the tension out of your muscles. You sighed happily and let them do their work. You heard Maria let out a loud moan of satisfaction from the table beside you and you giggled.
"Shut up, I've been stressed out" Maria called over.
"Sam isn't getting those knots out?" Nat called to her.
"He tries, but then I start thinking about work and the knots are back almost instantly" Maria admitted.
"You should try some lavender satchels in your pillows at night. It will help you relax" Wanda's voice spoke up from your other side.
"Oh, I've tried those. They really help. Tony sleeps better too" Pepper admitted.
"Ladies, you are supposed to be relaxing" your masseuse reminded all of you, giving a little bit of sass.
"It's our bridal shower, we need to talk a little bit" Maria sassed back. "It's not every day your best friend gets married"
"I would marry him everyday, but just the once will suffice" you sighed happily.
"I think your dad would run out of money if you married him everyday" Pepper giggled.
"He's got a lot of investments and hidden nest eggs all over the world" you shrugged, then let out a moan as she got a knot out from your lower back.
"Bucky doesn't get them all out?" Maria teased you.
"Oh he gets them, just this morning threw me for a loop. Thankfully Loki was there" you sighed as she got the rest of the knot out. You smiled happily into the pillow under your face, and thought about how excited you were to be here.
After they finished the massages, you were all led to take mud baths and you couldn't help yourself. You slid into the mud easily, but took a handful and threw it at Maria who looked at you shocked. You giggled and relaxed back.
"If you weren't the bride to be, it would be war" Maria grumbled softly.
