Chapter 106
Dom looked over to see Letty still laid fast asleep. Pulling the blanket up on her, he kissed the top of her head as he brushed her hair down. A small smile twitched on her lips and soon started to relax.
Sliding on his vest, Toretto stitched on the mechanic tag. He took a glance out the window to see the sun not fully up yet but the cracks of day break were showing.
Dom peeped the small light on in the garage. A pull of his brows as he could have sworn he turned it off before coming in last night.
Putting his work boots on, he headed down the steps.
A walk down the hall, he seen Nicole's room empty. The bed looked slept in but she was nowhere to be found.
Opening the door across.
The corner of his lips lift into a smile from seeing little Brian asleep.
Dom pulled the door shut quietly, and went outside.
Taking the walk across the land to the garage, he gave a slight pat to the tractor. Him and little Brian were going to work on that tomorrow like he promised.
Dom walked inside and didn't see Nicole inside anywhere.
Going pass the Charger, he paused in his steps as a running thought passed his mind.
Dom chuckles to himself and hangs his head, he backed up and looked down inside his car.
Nicole laid asleep on the passenger side, using the armrest as a pillow.
"Some things never change." Dom says low to himself.
A gentle knock on the door startled Nicole awake, she whipped her head over to see Dom and relaxed.
