Chapter 132

Bandoleros playing from the radio on the porch.

Dom sat his drink down and went back up the ladder.

The homes exterior was finally finished, and they spent their time putting some finishing touches on it. After losing it, there was a lot of debate if they should rebuild it or not. He couldn't see them living anywhere else and neither could Nicole. This was all he and Mia knew when growing up, what Nicole knew and they all wanted the other kids to know this would be home for them to. No matter what, this home brought them all back together and he wanted to keep that.

All that hell, and it was finally starting to look like a home again.

Dom stopped working when he sees a white 2018 Dodge Charger pull up. All black wheels and rims, T0RETT0 on the back license plate and the tag chain hanging from the mirror.

A smile pulling as he got down off the ladder.

"The girl has more cars than her old man." Dom says to himself.

Getting out, Nicole's straight hair pulled to the front in a low side ponytail with two strands by her face out and a pair of black fox eye shades on. A muscle black t-shirt cropped with a pair of denim baggy jeans and tennis. Her cross chain hanging onto her neck in between her chest.

"It's looking good!" Nicole calls out.

"Had some help!"

A giggle from her as she walked around and opened up the door; she reached in to help little Brian.

He looks up at her from undoing his seatbelt. "That guy at the light was really slow."

"That's why mommy went around him." Nicole helps him on the curb, his cars backpack on his back.

"You cut him off when it turned green."

Nicole tilts her shades down chewing her gum, a finger to her lips. "Shhh."

Little Brian covers his mouth with a smile making her grin and wink.

He looked back and that smile grew when he saw his grandfather.

"Papa Dom!"

Dom walked down the house steps and caught him up in mid run. "There he is." He held him up. "Heard you are starting school next Monday."

"Mhm!"

"You excited?"

"Yeah!" He smiles. "I met some kids there, a girl said I was cute to."

Dom laughs.

Nicole shakes her head coming up the steps to the walk way.

"All his father I swear."

"I don't know, it could be some of you." Dom says.

"Yeah," little Brian nods. "uncle Roman said you flirted with men a lot and he had to put his foot down."
