Chapter 150
Nicole fixed her hair that was parted in the center.
A pair of skinny black cargo pants with black and white suspender straps wore down at her sides. Nicole wore a fitted black one piece muscle-t. Only the small showing of a pudge in her stomach but not too much to see at first glance.
Going by the room she peaked in to see Xander still asleep on his stomach and carefully went inside—she placed a note on the dresser.
"Yell at me later." She whispers.
Nicole smiled at her friend finally getting some rest. She made sure to close the door shut behind her and that it didn't make a sound.
Walking down the steps quiet, she tip toed to the bowl on the dining room table for her keys.
Dressed in his work black work vest with a white tank underneath; Nicole's chain sat perfectly around his neck.
Tyler flipped through the mail and peeked up through his lashes when he seen Nicole's attempt at creeping by. He smirks going back to looking through the mail.
Nicole lifts the keys.
"Morning."
"Morning!" Nicole drops them back as she jumps, spinning around.
Tyler finally looked up. "Can I ask what you are doing?"
"Nothing!"
Tyler brow raised, those eyes shifting from the keys back to Nicole in question.
"Oh those! I was just going out." Nicole shrugs.
"Really?"
"Yes." Nicole nods. "Girls day."
Tyler nods slowly. "That so."
"Mhm!"
Tyler goes back to the mail, a smirk as he shakes his head with a slight chuckle. "Okay, sweetheart." Nicole grabbed out her keys. "Oh by the way, your doctor called while you were in the shower."
"What's wrong?" Nicole walked over to him. "Did she say anything bad?" Her eyes went to slits. "Did she call me fat again?"
Tyler snorts. "She didn't call you fat the last time, Nicole."
"She said watch what I eat."
"Because of the salt."
