"I want to help you as much as possible so what's my first step?" A child asked as he carried a box of gear. The person looked over at the child and scoffed. He took the cigarette out of his mouth and then took a deep breath.

The person replied, "Magnus do me a favor and get me my quill and paper. I need to do something." Magnus nodded eagerly and went to grab the quill and paper. He handed it to the man who stared down at him.

"Anything else you wish for me to do papa?"

"Go away kid, you've done enough,"

"Are you certain!? I want to be as helpful as I can be! Come on papa, just one more thing-"

"Why the hell were you even born!? You aren't able to prove yourself to anything so honestly do me a favor and leave before I take you to the adoption center and put you up for adoption!" Magnus stared at his father and slowly nodded. He walked out of his field of view and looked around. From the distance he saw children playing left and right.

Magnus asked, "Hey Julian, do you want to play together?"

"Ha! Play with the kid who likes doing chores in the house? Only a woman does that like our sisters and mothers, go get lost!" Julian laughed. Magnus nodded and then left the group of children that played with one another.

Then a woman came up and asked, "Mag, why aren't you playing with your brothers and sisters in heart?"

"They treat me like you guys! I don't want to be treated this way simply because I want to help out!" Magnus replied. The woman got down on one knee and smiled down at Magnus. "I just want to help people like you mama!"

His mother replied, "Heh of course you do, now like the rules are stated around this house. You do as the guardian tells you. So far the guardian hasn't told you anything so you be yourself."

"Whatever you say mama," Magnus replied. His mother smiled as he embraced Magnus with a giant hug. Magnus hugged her back, he felt his entire body heating up for some reason. Nearly breaking down in tears.

His mother asked, "What's matter, Magnus?"

"Have you heard the story? The little boy that was kidnapped from his family and experimented on?! I don't want something like that happening to me mama!" Magnus explained as he began to cry. His mother looked down at him and then back at her broom.

His mother replied, "You'll be fine no worries-"

"SEÑORA ELIZA TE NECESITAMOS!!" A voice shouted.

The mother replied, "Sorry Mag, the guardian wants me!" Magnus watched as his mother dashed off to find the guardian. She looked at them and then bowed down. "Yes, your great honor Milo?"

Milo replied, "Glad you arrived Eliza, I need you to get your son for me." Eliza nodded as she called Magnus down. Magnus came running down the stairs and then stood by his mother's side. "Ay ay ay, Señor Maximus is never here eh?" Eliza giggled nervously.

Magnus asked, "Is papa coming?"

"In a second, dear," Eliza replied. Then came Maximus, he came down and smoked in front of Eliza. She coughed as the two stood there in front of Milo.

Milo explained, "Necesito a tu hijo ahora mismo, hope you don't mind."

"No, not at all Milo," Maximus replied. Magnus looked at his parents as they pushed him in front of them.

Milo replied, "We're going to go on a field trip together, to the... fair, yep the fair."

"Really your honor?"

"Sí! Of course hijo, you are my grandson after all, we need to go somewhere to bond!" Milo replied. Magnus got excited and dashed out the door. Milo turned around to Magnus' parents and smirked. "Voy a llevar a su hijo al laboratorio de ciencias, espero que no le importe."

Eliza asked, "TAKE HIM TO THE SCIENCE LAB!?"

"The prince of Ylisse is literally there, he and Magnus will be fine,"

"WHY!? WHY OUR SON OUT OF ALL OF THEM?!"

Milo laughed, "Eliza, you worry too much! He's just... un error si entiendes"

"Milo he's not a mistake!? What's wrong with you!?" Milo didn't reply and left the house.

Mangus stood there staring at a painting. It had his mother and his father's faces blanked out. Rage filled him.

"They let my guardian allow me to be experimented on. This is why they're despised. GODS! I HATE THEM SO MUCH!!" Mangus shouted. He looked back behind him and grabbed the cape that was on the chair. "Hey... I can still rule all over Dawn like I was meant to be..."
