Let's get into it!
First Person POV - Y/n
"What's wrong with you?" I asked as Harry came down the steps with Ron.
It was the first day of classes and yes it was annoying to go to class at times but he didn't look annoyed but rather very irritated and discouraged.
"Seamus-"
"Oh for heaven's sake," interrupted Hermione and we all turned to see her staring at the common room notice board, where a large new sign had been put up.
I slowly backed away since I knew what that the sign was an advertisement for.
"Y/n Myrddin Emrys," said Hermione and I moved behind Ron. "This is the limit."
She took the sign down and revealed the poster giving the date of the first Hogsmeade weekend in October.
"We'll have to talk to all of you," said Hermione, "And yes you have to be there Ron."
"Why?" asked Ron.
"Because we're prefects!" said Hermione, and we started walking out of the tower. "It's up to us to stop this kind of thing!"
"Listen," I argued, "We are just businessmen and women. We are making a profit. We won't kill anyone."
"Y/n-"
"I'm not the most responsible but I am somewhat responsible Mione. Trust me."
She just sighed and I hoped I got through to her.
"So what happened this morning?" I asked as we got to the Great Hall and sat down to eat.
"Seamus reckons Harry's lying about You-Know-Who," said Ron, when Harry did not respond.
"Well, he's probably not the only one," I reasoned, "This is what that prick wants. You-Know-Who's only been back two months, and we've started fighting among ourselves.
"Dumbledore didn't even mention how long that Grubbly-Plank woman's staying," said Harry.
"Maybe he didn't want to draw attention to Hagrid not being here," said Hermione.
"What d'you mean, draw attention to it?" said Ron, half laughing. "How could we not notice?"
Before Hermione could answer, a tall black girl with long, braided hair had marched up to us.
"Hello captain," I said smiling, "You get the little present I left."
"How you managed to get our entire team Firebolts I'll never know but you are amazing," said Angelina smiling.
"I try...so what's up?"
"We need a new Keeper and Chaser now Oliver and Katie have left. Tryouts are on Friday at five o'clock and I want the whole team there, all right? Then we can see how the new people will fit in."
"We'll be there," I said smiling and she smiled back and left.
"I'd forgotten Oliver and Katie had left," said Hermione. "I suppose that will make quite a difference to the team?"
"Yeah he was a good Keeper," said Harry, "But considering we still have the best thing that's ever happened...to the team I mean...miss professional quidditch player, we're fine."
I smiled at the statement and Hermione raised her eyebrows at me and I just smiled and looked away.
We continued to eat until we got our schedules and I groaned as I saw what I had today.
