Last chapter!

Let's get into it!

First Person POV - Y/n

We walked out of the chamber and I saw Lockhart sitting there in the corner.

"I'm surprised he stayed," said Harry, readjusting my hand on his shoulder so I was leaning more on him.

I had bruises all over and I could barely walk after dealing with the Cruciatus curse, fighting a basilisk, and a broken leg.

"Who are all of you?" asked Lockhart. "And why do you have swords?"

"What's wrong with him?" I asked confused.

"His memory's gone," said Ron. "The Memory Charm backfired. Hit him instead of us. Hasn't got a clue who he is, or where he is, or who we are. We told him to wait here. He's a danger to himself."

Lockhart looked up at us all and said, "Hello. Odd sort of place, this, isn't it? Do you live here?"

"No," said Ron, raising his eyebrows at me.

Harry bent down and looked up the long, dark pipe.

"Have you thought about how we're going to get back up this?" I asked Ron and Harry.

Ron and Harry shook their heads, but Fawkes swooped past us and was now hovering in front of us.

I looked uncertainly at him, before realizing what he wanted us to do.

"I think he wants us to grab hold," I said looking at the others.

"He looks like he wants you to grab hold..." said Ron, looking shocked. "But we're much too heavy for a bird to pull up there."

"Not if you're a super bird-like Fawkes," I replied. "We've got to hold on to each other. Ginny, grab Ron's hand. Professor Lockhart-I'm talking to you pretty boy-grab Ginny's other hand. Harry grab Professor Lockhart's hand and mine, and I'll grab onto Fawkes.

"Ok," everyone said in the room.

I put my sword in my bag as Harry placed the other sword and sorting hat into his robes.

Harry grabbed my hand and I held onto Fawkes and nodded. He began to flap his wings and we were all lifted through the air and up the chamber.

"Amazing! Amazing! This is just like magic!" yelled Lockhart.

The ride was very relaxing and peaceful. It was over too quickly and we were all back in Moaning Myrtle's bathroom.

Myrtle floated over towards us, and dully said, "You're alive."

"There's no need to sound so disappointed," Harry said grimly.

"Oh, well...I'd just been thinking...if you had died, you'd have been welcome to share my toilet," said Myrtle, blushing silver.

"Take a hike, Myrtle," I snapped.

"Urgh!" said Ron as we left the bathroom for the dark, deserted corridor outside. "Harry! I think Myrtle's grown fond of you! You've got competition, Y/n!"

"Yeah like she would even stand a chance against me," I replied before getting a look from Ron, "If I was competing. I mean not that I wouldn't but as of this moment...I almost just died, Ron shut up."

He laughed after that and I just focused straight.

"If you two were to be in a competition," said Harry smiling, "You would win before the competition even starts."

"Is that so?" I asked smiling at him.

"Get a room," snapped Ron and I would've kicked him if I didn't only have one good leg. "Where now?"
