Chapter 14

Sarah's POV
the drive back to our home was quiet, she looked guilty, but I'm not sure what of. My stomach makes a loud noise, Jess looks at me seriously and asks "sar, have you eaten today?"
No of course I haven't. "Yes" I lie. "How about I cook us a lovely dinner or we can go to a restaurant yeah?" I shake my head yes so she doesn't become suspicious of anything.
Once were home, I decide to take a shower after Jess. I don't have showers or baths with Jess like I used to. I miss those times. I wash off the makeup covering my cuts slightly wincing.
Without warning, Jess walks in wearing her purple dress (like the one Elizabeth wore in drop dead Fred for the wine tasting party) she looked amazing. I quickly got out of the shower, and put my robe on so she wouldn't see anything. She finishes brushing her teeth and she stands in front of me wrapping her arms around my waist. Her eyes widen, and she undoes my robe, revealing my bony body. She gasps and traces her fingers over my hip bones. Tears spring to her eyes, and I look down in shame. "Sarah...why would y-you do this to y-ourself?" She gets out. I don't say a word, all I do is cover myself up and wipe the tears from my cheeks. "Baby, I'm going to get you help" she whispers. My head shoots up and I shake it disagreeing with her idea. "No no no, Jess you don't understand... I don't need help" I say and I burst into tears. She pulls me in for a comforting hug, and takes me to the other room. She sits me on the bed and begins undressing. Then she takes out a pair of sweatpants and a jumper and puts it on. Then she takes out one of my jumpers and a pair of leggings and asks me to put them on. I do so, wondering what she's doing. "We're not going to a restaurant tonight, we will order something and eat in..." She trails off whilst walking to the door. She turns around just before she gets to the door, "I'm going to fix this Sarah..." She says calmly and walks out of the room.
