*Sarah's POV*
We search the room for any thick, heavy objects that could potentially smash the darn window. "Maybe they're bullet proof" Jessica adds.

"Wow" I bow my head down and begin to laugh. "We have fricken guns why the hell did we not try those?" I ask chuckling away to myself. How dumb can one get?
I turn to the window, obviously standing far back and I fire. The bullet smashes the window giving us easy access to leave.

Jess helps me over the ledge then jumps out herself. We take in our surroundings.
I take a long, deep breath in. "Freedom at its finest" I huff. Then I open my eyes to the wreck.

What looks like the front garden is covered with dead grass and a large, dead tree. There is litter and big pieces of metal slung across the floor. "what a beautiful sight aye?" I say sarcastically.

I hear police sirens in the distance and I feel a wave of happiness fill my body. Finally.

Three police cars pull up followed by an ambulance. They rush over to us and two paramedics rush over with a gurney.
The police began asking us multiple questions such as "is there anybody else in there?" And "do you know who your kidnapper is?" Etc.

We gave them every detail from me being kidnapped by Danny on Lily's wedding night to Jess being in a car accident, which she still does not remember, to me being shot multiple times. We also told them about the injured men inside. We can't just leave them there to die. That would be freedom for them too. They do not deserve freedom.
I sit on the bed in the ambulance while they quickly dress my wounds to stop the blood loss.
"Wait" I say and get off the bed before they shut the doors. "Miss" one of the paramedics say but I ignore them and quickly approach an officer. "I forgot to tell you. I think there is a bomb inside. We heard a ticking noise"
"Thank you ma'am we will attend to that right away" the officer says and I walk back over to the ambulance.

The doors are shut and I am driven to the hospital.
"We've got Sarah Paulson over here. One bullet wound in her left shoulder and a stab wound in her right leg. She's been locked away and needs medical attention right away" the paramedic says pushing me into the ER on a stretcher. Jess runs next to him, holding my hand and assuring me that everything will be okay. I mean of course I didn't need the reassurance that I was okay. It was the children that I needed okay.

I get rushed through the ER and immediately taken to an operating room. They cut off my grubby, ripped clothing and lay a paper blanket over me to maintain my innocence if you know what I'm saying.

I lie there on my back all I can think about is the pain, Jess and my children. What looks like an oxygen mask is placed over my mouth by an anaesthesiologist (A/N- I watch too much greys anatomy who else?) and I feel myself slowly drifting into a comfortable sleep.
