Jessica's POV
I couldn't be more thrilled that Sarah wants to adopt Kai, but I'm not quite sure whether she wants to do this for me or for herself. "Are you sure Sar? I mean because you know who the father is" I ask. "Jessie I just want to forget about what happened, you were both drunk. I haven't fully forgiven you yet though but I love Kai as if he was my own child" she explains. I dip my head remembering how I let her down. "I'm so sorry Sar" I say. "Jess come on, let's just forget about it" she says and stands up slowly. "So can I adopt him?" She asks. I smile and stand to face her. "Of course you can baby!" We kiss passionately. "I missed your lips" she whispers with her hand cupping my cheek. "It's only been a few hours" "I know, too long" she says and kisses me again.
