Deans POV

I'm on my cell phone, leaning against the car as Ana paces. "Ellen, it's me again. Any chance you've heard from him?" I ask into the phone and Ellen replies and I sigh.

"I swear, it's like looking for my dad all over again. I'm losing my mind here." I exclaim. "No, me and Ana have called him a thousand times, there's nothing but voicemail. I don't know where he went, or why. Sam's just gone." I say before I hear Ana's phone ringing. "Hang on." I say to Ellen.

Ana answers it frantically. "Sam? Where the hell are you? Are you okay?" She asks him panicked. "Hey, hey, hey! Calm down. Where are you?" She asks after a few moments. "Alright, don't move. We're on our way." She says as she hangs up before she looks at me. "I know where Sam is."

I drive fast to reach Sam, passing a sign reading TWIN PEAKS. Minutes later, we arrive at the hotel, and park before we get out. Inside the hotel, we walk frantically down a narrow hallway, checking door numbers until we reach room 109. Ana knocks. "Sam, it's us. Sam!" I shout and I try to open the door- it opens.

Inside, Sam is sitting numbly on the bed. "Sam? Hey." Me and Ana say as we go over to him. "Hey, Ana. Hey, Dean." He says in a quiet voice and we kneel beside him.

"Are you bleeding?" I ask him once I see his knuckles. "I tried to wash it off." Sam tells me as I look him over and see his shirt I'd covered in blood, and I look him over for a wound. "Oh my God." Ana whispers.

"I don't think it's mine." Sam tells us. "Whose it it?" Ana asks as she looks up at him. "I don't know." Sam replies. "Sam, what the hell happened?" I ask him, worried and scared, as Sam finally looks up at us. "Guys. I don't remember anything." He says, fear etched over his face.

Sometime later, I return to the room, carrying a grocery bag. Sam had changed his clothes and is looking a little less out of it. "What'd you find out?" Sam asks me. "You checked in two days ago under the name Richie Sambora. Of course, I think the scariest part about this whole thing is that you're a Bon Jovi fan..." I say.

"Dean." Ana says warningly. "Your room's been quiet, nobody's noticed anything unusual." I say. "You mean no one saw me walking around covered in blood?" Sam asks me. "Yeah. That's what I mean." I nod.

"Then how the hell did I get here, Dean? What happened to me?" Sam asks, confused and angry. "I don't know. But you're-you're okay, and that's what matters. Everything else we can deal with." I tell him. "Oh really? 'Cause what if I hurt someone? Or worse?" Sam says panicked.

"Sam..." Ana says exasperated. "What if this is what dad warned you about?" He asks. "Hey, whoa, whoa, come on, let's not jump the gun here. We don't know what happened. We've just got to treat this like any other job. What's the last thing you remember?" I ask him.

"Just us three in that motel room in West Texas, going out to grab some burgers, and..." he says and Ana and I frown at each other. "West Texas? That was... Sam, that was over a week ago." Ana tells him. "That's it." Sam says shrugging and we look at him stunned. "Next thing I knew I was sitting here. Bloody. Felt like I'd been asleep for a month." He replies.

"Okay. Retrace your steps. The manager says you left yesterday afternoon and he never saw you come back, so..." I say and Ana pulls back the curtain and there's a bloody handprint on the window. "Guys." She says and we look over at it.

The three of us walk out of the hotel, it's daylight, but raining. "Recognise anything?" Ana asks him. "Not really." Sam says as we go towards of a parking garage out back. "Wait." He says as he stops. "What?" I ask and Sam points at a garage.
