Cordelia woke up early on the first day of her new job. Careful not to wake a sleeping Fred, she quietly slipped out of bed and made her way to the bathroom where she prepared for the day. She was thankful that she had gotten her clothes ready the night before.

Once she was showered and dressed, she made her way to the kitchen where she started making breakfast. Waking up to the smell of breakfast had become a routine for the twins, as she had done so every morning since she moved in. The twins were grateful, and often did the cleaning up for her using a cleaning spell with their wands.

Fred stumbled out of the room first, still in his pajamas, with his hair a mess. He sat at the table, smiling gratefully at his girlfriend when she sat a cup of coffee down in front of him. George was next, though it looked like he had already changed his clothes for the day. The three ate their breakfast in a comfortable silence, just as they did every morning. None of the three young adults cared for mornings and took the time they needed to wake up before they could hold a conversation. When the clock struck 8:45, Cordelia stood up and took her plate to the kitchen sink.

"I have to go," she said while walking over to Fred. She kissed his lips before saying, "I love you."

"I love you, too. Have a brilliant first day," he responded, watching his girlfriend walk to the fireplace.

"Good luck," George called out. Cordelia nodded grabbed some Floo Powder from the nearby bowl.

She turned and waved to them before clearly saying, "St. Mungo's Greenhouse!"

When Cordelia stepped out of the fireplace at St. Mungo's, she looked over the instructions from her letter before walking through the bright lobby. She entered an elevator, where she selected, "6th floor. Human Resources."

The elevator quickly went up, bringing her to a new floor with multiple cubicles scattering the large, open room. She made her way to the reception desk where an older woman was seen working.

"Excuse me, Ma'am," Cordelia said once she reached the desk. "I'm here to start my internship with the Horticulturists. I have my papers here." She politely placed her acceptance letter on the desk. The older woman stopped her work and read over the acceptance letter before nodding.

"You'll need to fill out these papers. There's a table in the corner you can sit at," the older woman instructed as she sat a pile of parchment on the desk.

Cordelia took the parchment and walked over to the specified table and began to read the paperwork in front of her. There was a lot of information that Cordelia needed to fill out: Personal information, direct deposit to her Gringotts vault, emergency contacts, waivers, understanding of staff expectations, etc. When she was done filling out the vast amount of information, she signed a contract, indicating what her pay would be and what it will change to once she completes her training.
