Cordelia Lyra Malfoy had always been different from the rest of her family. Her family were blood-supremacists who tried to teach their views to their children. Cordelia never believed with their views and would be punished for it.

Cordelia and Fred took a seat in the front row on the groom's side just before the Ceremony started. The rest of the Weasleys were sitting with the couple, while her parents sat near the back with Lee and Kiana.
Charlie stood next to Bill as his best man, giving Cordelia a friendly wink and causing her to giggle. Cordelia watched as the flower girl and ring bearer walked down the aisle, followed by Fleur's two bridesmaids. Cordelia thought Ginny looked beautiful in her dress and she hoped Harry regretted dumping her, even if his reason was noble.
The music changed and everyone stood for the bride, looking towards the back of the altar. Fleur began to walk down the aisle, arm in arm with her father, as though she was gliding.
"She's beautiful," whispered Cordelia.
"You're beautiful," Fred whispered in her ear. Cordelia blushed, both by Fred's comment, and also by the fact that he heard her. Everyone took their seats when Fleur reached the altar. Her father nodded to Bill and placed Fleur's hand in Bill's.
The Ministry official stood between the couple as he began speaking. "We are gathered here today to celebrate and support the marriage of Bill Weasley and Fleur Deleceur. They are delighted you are here and thank you for your participation on their special day..."
Cordelia's focus on the officient deteriorated as she focused on the happy couple gazing into each other's eyes with large grins on their faces. Their love was obvious on their faces, and they looked like no one else was in the room with them. Cordelia's heart swelled as she thought of their love as tears threatened to form in her eyes. She occasionally snuck glances at Fred, thankful that she had that same love.
"Now, a Wizarding marriage is more sacred than any other marriage in the world, as it is a magical bond between two people that could never be severed..." continued the officient.
"That'll be us soon," Fred whispered into her ear, reaching for her hand.
Cordelia looked down at their interlaced fingers in her lap with a smile. "I can't wait."
"Do you, William, promise to stand by Fleur always, have faith in her and encourage her. To be her friend, lover, and partner for all the days of your lives as her husband?"
"I do," said Bill.
"Do you, Fleur, promise to stand by Fleur always, have faith in him and encourage him. To be his friend, lover, and partner for all the days of your lives as his wife?"
"I do," said Fleur.
"Now it is time for the rings," instructed the officient.
The ring bearer stepped forward and presented the pillow to the officient, who held both rings in his hand before handing one to Bill. Bill took Fleur's delicate ring and slid it on her finger. When it was Fleur's turn, she took Bill's plain band from the officiaent and slid it on Bill's finger.
