Last night was one of the worst night's sleep I have ever had in years. I have never slept this bad even when I was sick or when I had the chicken pox when I was four. But today is a new day and hopefully, I will get some answers. Waking up I go and jump in the shower quickly grabbing my body wash I squirt a good amount in my hand and lather it up and scrub it all over my body. "I slept well thanks Dad hope you slept well." 

I do my usual morning pleasantries with my dad as this is the only chance, we get without the women of the household talking over us. 

"I did indeed yes thank you, son, I do want to talk to you quickly about Savannah," I choke on my banana and start coughing. 

"What about Savannah Dad?" I hear the toaster pop, so I grab a plate, put my toast on the plate, and start to butter it thinking to myself what does my father wanna talk to me about Savannah for.

"I want you to look out for her and be there for her. She's a remarkable young lady Chase it's only her and her father I just want to make sure she's got someone she can turn to."

"You have nothing to worry about there dad, she's got Jen and now she has me." He looks up at me from his newspaper taking a sip of his coffee. 

"I'm happy to hear that and I'm also happy that you and Jen are getting back along your mom, and I hated seeing you guys broken apart." 

It's as if she knew we were talking about her Jen comes charging into the kitchen to grab a grapefruit. "Talking about me?" She grabs a knife and a chopping board cutting the fruit in half she puts one half on a plate for mom and the other on a plate for herself. 

"Sort of darling I was telling Chase it's nice to see you guys back together just like how you were when you were little kids." 

"It's a start Daddy but you need to thank Savannah for that she got to him." She points in my direction "I don't know what she said but it's got us talking." 

"Well, I owe that girl much more than a thank you for making your mom happy last night she's gotten my children to finally get along." If I have my way one day, she will be more to my family, but I need to take everything one day at a time. 

Once our breakfast was finished, I took both mine and Jen's plates, rinsing them off in the sink before I put them in the dishwasher. 

"We ready to go Jen?" 

"Uh huh I'm ready my bag is in the hall let's go." 

"See you later Dad." Yet again at this point, I might as well say we've had a twin moment because we are now talking in unison. Our dad looked up at us as we were leaving the kitchen and heading towards the garage after picking up our bags from the hall and into my car. When we get into the garage Jen programs the door to open and close within a time frame of when it's set, and I get into my car and start the engine. 

It wasn't until Jen climbed into my car that I realized what she is wearing "Jen I know we're twins and everything and not many people know but um... why are you dressed like me today?" She looks down at her outfit and then looks at what I am wearing, and she puts her head in her hand as we drive off out the driveway and towards school. 

"Oh, my god that's just a coincidence I swear how could I know what you were wearing when I came and knocked on your bedroom door to see if you were sure about today you didn't answer so I came in and you were calling out Sav's name and when I heard that I ran out your room not wanting to know what you were doing." 

Okay, now I'm embarrassed my own sister has heard me jacking off and calling out her friend's name. 

"Let's not talk about it then you don't wanna know I don't wanna tell it'll stay that way deal." 

I offer her my hand to shake, and she takes mine with hers and we shake, "Deal." 

Approaching the school, I see Candace's car parked in her normal spot so I refuse to park next to her as I normally would and find a spot somewhere else. Thinking about it maybe I should have asked Jen to drive as I know Candace is about to lose her shit with what I am about to do, but I've got my guys looking out from a distance in case she comes after my car. 

"You ready?" Jen looks and asks me after I found a spot on the other end of the parking lot. I nod at her, and we both get out of the car I lock it behind us, and I head towards my so call girlfriend. 

As we get closer, I hear Candace's laugh before I see her, and it did not take her long until she spotted me and came charging towards me. 

"Remember Jen I want all this on film and talk to Greg and get it up on the school website, Facebook, everywhere for coverage in case she says it was me who did something to her." 

She nods at me "Gotcha." Candace stops in front of me wrapping her arms around my neck and kisses me on the lips. I swear I feel like I wanna vomit when her lips make contact with mine. I grab hold of her arms, remove them from around my neck, and take a step back away from her. 

"Hey baby oh I missed you last night, just wish you had bailed when you knew it was that new bitch who came to your family's little dinner party." 

I look at Jen and she looks pissed, trust me she's not the only one pissed. How dare she bring Savannah into this she's got nothing to do with it so she will be protected by Candace's poisonous mouth if it's the last thing I do. 

I remove her arms from around my neck after she wraps them back around me and push her away from me. 

"Candace before I start you will leave Savannah out of this; she has nothing to do with what is going on right now this is between you and me got it" I snapped at her. 

"Okay I got it what's got into you you've never spoken to me like that before?" 

I hold my hand out to Jen, and she places the binder of cheating evidence in my hand. I open the binder and read one of the emails she sent to him. 

"Oh, Vance baby last night you blew my mind I never knew what kind of animal you were like until I got together with you." I look at Candace and see the look of horror on her face. 

"What the fuck! are you kidding me? That is a lie I would never do anything like that to you."
