"just take it easy," moxxie said holding your hand as he walked you into the office, Millie following right behind you, ready to carry you inside if needed.

Your arm was still in a cast, but your eye had gotten somewhat better, stolas was a whole other story though. He was still hooked up to that machine, he only had one more week to go then he'd be let out as well.

Blitzø stormed through the office, "hey y/n," blitzø greeted you briefly before slamming his office door shut, probably to do some more research.

You settled into the couch sighing in relief, loona still had that cone on, well, she was supposed to buy she must've got rid of it.

Just as moxxie was bringing you a cup of coffee as someone walked in, an aquatic sinner it seemed to be, he approached the desk where Millie was now, loona left to get herself a coffee.

"Uh- excuse me?" He said looking down at Millie, he had seen the I.M.P's poster, he didn't want to kill anybody, well, not yet at least. He just wanted his death investigated, moxxie peeked into blitzø's office, "sir! There's a client who wants to-"

He's ignored though, being dismissed abruptly. The door slammed shut on him, Millie chuckled nervously looking back at the client clearing her throat, "I'm sorry, you were saying?"

The client sighed, having to repeat himself was a hassle, "Well, it's just that I'm sure one of the other camp counselors killed me, I'm just not sure which one..." He concluded, frowning in deep thought.

"How could you not know?" Moxxie interjected, looking back at the client who shrugged, "was out on the lake when my boat." He said, explaining everything the best to his ability. "started to sink. Someone." He said slowly, "had drilled holes in it." He said shrugging again, he wasn't a saint, he didn't expect to go to heaven, but he didn't think he'd die young of course.

"The counselors are the only ones with keys to the boathouse, and they're the only ones who knew I couldn't swim. It had to be them."

Moxxie wasn't all that convinced but kept his mouth shut, after all. Work was work, and well he was paying them to investigate his death.

You sipped your coffee, a bit drowsy, you were still taking pain medication to stop the migraines and sharp jolts of surprise pain that came out of nowhere.

This was new to I.M.P, investigations weren't really a thing, but you've seen blitzø take up stranger jobs before.

"Hmm, we don't typically do investigations. I'll have to check with the boss." Moxxie says gesturing to blitzø's office.

Peeking in yet again he cleared his throat, "uh, pardon moi, sir-"

Blitzø was busy flipping through contacts on his computer, focused more on the task at hand then whatever moxxie had to say.

"Not now moxxie," he replied, a bit stressed from everything and everyone at the moment, holding in his lap the plushie he made of you.

"Sir," moxxie continues gesturing behind himself to the client waiting behind him with Millie. "there's a client that needs us to investigate his death," he leans against the doorframe hands clasped together.

"And we don't usually-"

Blitzø sighed shooting him a glare, "no tiiiime!" Moxxie frowned, trying to reason with his boss, "but, sir, we really need the cashflow, and I was thinking maybe-"

"What part, of "NO FUCKING TIIIIME!" Do you not understand?" Blitzø said irritated as he started going through his rotary address file cards, "just deal with it yourself."

Moxxie confused gestured to himself, "me? But... Sir you never put me in ch-" blitzø shot him a look, ooh he was that quiet angry, moxxie got the hint excited and nervous, his first time doing it on his own, running a mission on his own.

Moxxie had addressed the client, reassuring the young man that he, Millie and you would find his killer.

"Y/n? You sure bout that hun?" Millie said, questioning his choices on bringing you along, you were still in a cast.

"Of course! She's the most human looking!" Moxxie said, pacing about, "but her ears-"

"We can cover them up with a beanie or whatever kids wear." Moxxie said dismissively, causing Millie to frown but, regardless she'd go along with her husband.
