AN: just to touch the topic in the last few days... I'll be honest, I'm shocked with what's happened and I've lost all motivation to write this story for the meantime.
But I've decided to still post the chapters I have drafted and hopefully the issue will be resolved correctly within the next few days/weeks.
I do not know either player involved and because their accounts of the situation contradict one another, I do not truly know what happened.
If anyone feels offended or finds me continuing to post insensitive, please do tell me and I'll stop immediately.
At the end of the day, sexual assault is a serious crime that shouldn't be brushed aside simply because of player's profile or the power of a club.
This is a type of accusation that shouldn't be taken lightly no matter if it happened or not, it should go through the proper channels so the truth of the situation comes to light.

Watching Kaia lead Barcelona out gave Mapi a special kind of joy, especially in a stadium only lightly littered with spectators so Fabian could happily lay in her arms and enjoy the relaxing game properly.
Alexia, Patri, Aitana and Ona were all alongside her on either side, enjoying their own fortnight off but wanting to support their team and see how the new recruits fit in.
"She looks good with that armband." Mapi smiles as she watches the team all take off their jackets, her eyes zoned in on the armband around Kaia's left arm.
"The sponsors look good, wow." Aitana leans forward in her seat like it'll give her closer look.
Ferrari had taken the space below the numbers on their backs, in Ferrari font which pulled their new home shirt together so well. While the UN Refugee Agency had moved to the back of the right short leg.
The camera made sure to get a panning look at the sponsors across the bottom of their shirts, this being its debut in any game.
"And looks who's captain... miss Ferrari herself."
It was a look Barcelona had never had, a look that was quickly loved by all.
The team picture was then taken, Kaia stood on the left of those stood up with her arm over Ingird's shoulders and a smile on her face.
Mapi knew right then that it was going to be a picture they had printed and framed, to be placed in the cabinet behind the armband on Kaia's arm right now.
They already had the same arrangement for the first game Mapi captained, achievements and memories they want to display.
The high fives then went out between the starting eleven, Kaia giving a tap on the cheek to Ewa as she passes over a few words to the debutant.
