AN: I lied. I felt bad about not having a chapter ready so decided to write it all in one sitting last night.

So apologies for any misspelling or if this feels rushed in any way. I haven't proofread it or bulked out scenes.

The first official tactical meeting of the England camp was the day before the hosts kick off the tournament to Norway.

England wouldn't be playing for another three days, giving them the advantage of settling into a rhythm together before having to play France as their first game.

Kaia was looking forward to the challenge of their group.

France, Netherlands, Wales and England.

Three were powerhouses of the game, whilst it was Wales's first Euros for the women's team.

That meant Wales had a point to prove, whilst England wanted to prove that they were still Europe's best despite the world champions being a part of the tournament.

It was the most unpredictable group, but England knew if they dug their heels in they could top the group and get to the knockouts.

Kaia put every distraction aside the moment her boots touched the grass. All she cared about was her team, her teammates, her manager's orders and her trainers instructions.

Thankfully, with the laidback atmosphere and the way they all gelled together, it made training competitive in the best way possible.

Sarina had listened to Kaia and implemented tighter rondos, more complex passing drill which properly drew the skill out of Lucy and Kaia to display just how fast paced their club training sessions were.

Even Emilia who was used to fiery Spanish football was a little thrown off by how fast Lucy and Kaia did their one two passes, how peak their fitness was and how they continued to push each other to their limits.

Michelle Agyemang was young, green and in complete awe of seeing Kaia Morelli's skill in person for the first time.

Of course she had studied Spitfire, the Italian Ferrari, King Kaia, Quicksilver, Barcelona's Princess and all other phases of Kaia's career.

But to see the control and cool confidence for her own eyes was another thing, something she wasn't embarrassed about being amazed by because other players lingered to watch Kaia go through the tight course, her leg muscles flexing, face full of concentration and the ball almost glued to her feet.

"How difficult is she to dispossess?" Michelle wonders slowly. Training would be harder than ever before.

"Oh," Tooney waves her hand out with a smile. "Impossible. She embarrasses the hell out of everyone."

"She'll push you in a good way." Alessia assures with a more sympathetic smile. "If you don't get the ball from her, no one is going to judge you." She chuckles.

"I can get the ball from her." Lucy brags, herself smirking at Kaia's still like a proud sister.

"Yeah, like one out of ten times." Tooney argues.

"Still one more than you ever had." Lucy teases in good fun.

Kaia had a glistening of sweat on her skin when she finishes her flawless drill, but she still headed straight to the coaches to get her feedback.
