I'm so sorry for taking so long to upload, but I was prioritising my mental health and trying to deal with some changes in my life. I appreciate all your patience and i'll try to upload more frequently.

It has been just over two weeks since Pansy moved into Potter Manor. Although it initially felt a little strange, she quickly adapted to her new life. During the second week, Lord and Lady Parkinson officially disowned Pansy. The screams coming from her room in the early morning sent Sirius, Remus, and Adelaide into a panic. Being disowned is a painful experience; your family magic is torn away from you, leaving your magical core drained, but not enough to make you a squib. Thankfully, they were prepared, and as soon as she was disowned, she received an adoption potion that made her Sirius and Remus' daughter and Adelaide's blood sister.

Since her adoption, Pansy's physical features have changed; her once straight black hair has become wavy and turned chocolate brown, while her eyes have shifted to grey. To their surprise, Adelaide and Pansy share similar features, confirming the black genes' dominance. There was a brief discussion among the four of them when Adelaide suggested that Pansy deserved the title of Black heiress. However, Pansy declined, feeling content to be part of the family without the pressure of being the heiress to such a prestigious house.

Adelaide's and Neville's birthdays were approaching rapidly, and despite their family wanting to have a large celebration, the siblings were desperate for something small and intimate. They warned the older pack members that if they so much as think of hosting a grand, over-the-top party then they'll all wake up bald with horrendous acne. This made certain individuals drop the topic and fast.

The pack was enjoying a day at the burrow while the adults were either working or supervising the contractors at P & B Inc. The sun was shining brightly over the grassy fields, and the scent of fresh flowers filled the air in Ottery St. Catchpole. Percy and his girlfriend, Penelopy, were relaxing under the apple tree with a book settled between them as they enjoyed the summer breeze. The wizards from their group, along with Adelaide and Ginny, were hovering in the sky on their broomsticks after finishing a friendly game of Quidditch. Meanwhile, the witches in the group were sunbathing and reading some Muggle magazines that Adelaide had picked up during one of her many solo outings.

Adelaide lay balanced perfectly on her broomstick, having cast a sticking charm on herself. With her eyes closed and long, thick eyelashes fluttering against her cheeks, she enjoyed the warmth of the sun on her skin and the gentle breeze flowing through her waist-length brown hair. The laughter and voices of those she loved echoed through the sky, sending a wave of warmth through her heart while she enjoyed some alone time to gather her thoughts.

There was still a lot to do before they returned to Hogwarts. Not only did she want to open a safe space for werewolves to run free during the full moons, but she also planned to visit a few packs with her uncle Moony to see if some of the wolves would be willing to attend Hogwarts. Additionally, she aimed to establish a primary school for children under the age of eleven. However, this might take some time since they intend to build the school from scratch rather than using one of their existing properties. One of the more important projects, however, is to open an orphanage for those who either live in abusive homes or, in the Muggle-born's case, are thrown out for having magic.

"You look to be deep in thought, darlin'" Adelaide's head rolled to the right, a soft smile forming on her face as she made eye contact with Enzo.

"Aren't I always?" She laughed, though the sound lacked its usual warmth. Frowning slightly, Enzo moved forward and cupped her face, his thumb brushing over the apple of her cheek.

"That brain of yours is always ticking. You need to allow yourself to relax and enjoy the little things, that's why you came back, isn't it?"

"I-It's hard. There's so much to do to improve our world and then there's having to deal with Dumbledore and Granger — don't look at me like that, Enz" Enzo sighed before leaning forward, pressing a soft kiss to the tip of her nose.
