Hello Everyone! Happy Friday! I hope everyone had a good week. Mine sucked! Our 14 yr old, wonderful, loving, and faithful dog, Franz, died on Tuesday night. He was having a lot of neurological problems which made it hard for him to walk, he'd fall very often, and it seemed like he was having trouble seeing. I know it was time, but that doesn't make the loss any easier. He was such a sweet, good boy! He was a West Highland White Terrier (the Cesar Dog Food dog). He was my present for moving to Wichita, KS when my husband's job moved us there and he was from Oklahoma. He lived in three states and had many adventures in other states. There will never another dog quite like him and we will miss him terribly. It has helped having our 6 month old puppy, Ranulf, around. It doesn't appear that he misses Franz, at least not yet. He will help us heal.

FYI: This week is the closest I will come to writing a sex scene.

Anyways, this week we start out continuing Patrick's hallucination. Pete and Patrick announce that they plan to mate with each other. The pack approves and then they go their separate ways. Pete asks Patrick to sleep in his bed that night so they can discuss some details and then go to sleep. The next day they go to the forest behind Patrick's house and begin their mating ritual, going to Patrick's house for the parts that don't require a lot of space. Patrick finds that some of the parts he was worried about were actually much better than he'd thought they would be. They complete the mating ritual and take a nap. Then we move to the real world where Brad has brought Gabe to sick bay to help heal Patrick. He manages to pull the fluid in and around Patrick's lungs out so they reinflate. Then he starts working on healing his pneumonia, but all his efforts aren't working, so he decides to draw the pneumonia out of Patrick's lungs, contain it, and then kill it instead. Joe acquires a container for him and tells Joe he has to stay outside of Patrick's room so he doesn't get infected by the pneumonia that he's drawing out. Joe bulks but gives in and leaves. Gabe starts pulling the pneumonia out into the container until it's full. He contacts Joe to get him more containers, which he does and then Gabe continues drawing out the pneumonia.  As always, enjoy, tell your friends and if you like it feel free to vote on my story or leave me a comment. Happy Reading!

********Trigger Warning for Consensual Sexual Situations and Descriptions of Medical Conditions********

*Patrick goes back to his room to put some clothes on. He closes the door behind him, goes to his closet to search for some clothes, and ends up pulling out a black T-shirt with John Coltrane on it along with some skinny jeans and a red cardigan. He brings them over and sets them on his bed while he pulls out a clean pair of boxer briefs, a pair of socks, and gets himself dressed. Patrick slips his slippers on and heads downstairs for the weekly pack dinner. When he walks into the dining room, almost everyone is there except Brendon. Patrick sees a seat next to Pete, so he goes over and sits down. Brendon walks in a few minutes later and sits in the remaining seat next to Sarah.

"Before we get started eating, I'm calling a short pack meeting right after dinner and attendance is mandatory. We have a few things to discuss. Everyone got that?" Pete asks.

Everyone shakes their heads yes, and then the giant meat feast begins. Once they are finished, they clean up the table and the kitchen and then gather in the living room for their pack meeting. Pete stands up in front of everyone.

"This meeting will be brief, I promise. I mainly gathered all of you here to share some good news with you for a change. I wanted to let everyone know that I've finally chosen my mate, and we will begin the mating process within the next couple of days. I'm sure you are all aware of who that may be, but just to be clear, my chosen mate will be Patrick. We love each other so much and want to spend the rest of our lives together!" Pete informs them.
