Jade's POV
Class is about to start and we couldn't find Eve anywhere. What happened? I hope it didn't have to do with me.
It was stupid to think that but I couldn't help it. I felt like everyone hated me lately. But it's not like I gave them much to like.
"Jade. She's okay. I'm sure she's just late. She's okay." I give a small laugh. "Maybe she likes Wood after all." Remus and I laugh but not Sirius.
"I don't find that very funny. Can we please talk about something else?" I laugh a little. "Someone's jealous." I say as I scruff up his hair. He pushes my hand of his head. He must've been genuinely upset about this.
"Don't worry Sirius. I don't like Wood all that much either." he smiled and said "Not after the commons incident." I roll my eyes. "Ugh! Don't remind me!"
he laughs then James says "Honestly I thought that Wood liked you after that night Jade." I look at him and laugh really hard.
"You can't be serious, James!" I laugh even more. "Well, what can I say?" after that class starts and I wonder where Eve is the entire time.

-Eve's POV-
I woke up with a pounding headache.
"Where the hell am i?" I blurt. I hear laughter in the background. Male laughter. At first I think it's Sirius but its not.
''Eve, so good to see that you're finally up. Can't have you beat up for quidditch." Tyler Wood says.
"Where's Sirius?'' Again I hear laughter.
"Oh, I guess he didn't care enough to come see you"
"You're lying!" I shout, remembering last night when Sirius saved me.
He's about to respond when a feminine voice cuts him off.
"Wood, out!"
He walks out without a protest.
"Madam Pomfrey? Will I be able to play quidditch tomorrow?"
"If it was just that leg? Yes, I can heal bones in a minute. But what on earth happened to your stomach? It looks like something mauled you!"
"Stray dog. Great big one too."
"It had to have been, to give you those marks."
Suddenly the door bursts open and I see Sirius standing there, Jade, remus, Peter, and James behind him. Sirius looks livid.
"What the hell were you doing with wood?" He spits
