The Comprimise

*Jacks POV
I really didn't want to leave Cameryns side after what had happened. Mark said he would stay with her which made me feel safer but I still wanted to be there. Matt came and picked me up. I took a shower packed Cameryn a bag and made dinner. Time seemed to pass slowly without Cameryn around. I went up to bed and sat on my phone and answered comments and tweets. I wanted to text Cameryn but I didn't know if she was asleep or not. Cameryn will be out of the hospital in two in a half days. When It is over we have to head back home.  I don't think she has been in our house for more than a week because of all that has happened.I also don't think she is ready to leave. I finally fell asleep.

I woke up early this morning and grabbed her bag and went to Starbucks. I got me and Mark coffee and Cameryn green tea. I walked to the hospital because I didn't want to wake Matt or Ryan up. When I went into Cameryn's room she was asleep. So I tiptoed into the room and sat by Mark.  I handed him his coffee and sat Cameryn's tea to the side.

"So did she sleep well?" I ask Mark.

"Nope she was awake all night. At five o'clock this morning the nurse came in and gave her medicine to help her sleep. She should be waking up soon though." He replied.

"How did you sleep?" I ask him.

"Not well!" He said finishing his coffee.

"Hey." Cameryn said meekly.

"Hello sweetie!" I said kissing her forehead.

Cameryn looked really pale. Something was off.  I don't know what. Maybe I will call a nurse in.

"What's wrong?!" I ask her.

"Scarlet and I made a compromise and she took all my energy." She muttered.

"What comprise?" I asked.

*Cameryns POV
I can't sleep. I don't think Mark can either, but his eyes are closed. This morning a nurse came in my room and when she did Mark sat up.

"Hello how are we doing today?" The nurse said checking my vitals. She had a thick southern accent.

"Good how about you?" I asks trying to keep the conversation going.

"I am doing just fine...............the doctor said you are not getting any sleep. Is that true?" She says looking in my eyes.

"Yes that is true but I don't think any of us are." I reply trying not to concern anyone. When I say that she turns her back towards me so she is facing the fluid bag.

"Well you we be asleep in about ten minutes and it will last about an hour." She calls leaving the room.

"I don't want to sleep. Every time I do I see someone getting killed!" I say crying into my hands. Mark walks over.

"I am sorry. I understand it is like that for me too. I feel like this is all my fault if I didn't adopt Sarah..." He says as I interrupt him.

"Mark no one knew. You just adopted a little girl and apparently she was crazy. It's not your fault." I interrupt.

Mark hugs me and then we start talking. My eyes are getting heavy I must fight it. I don't want to see Jack or Mark die again!

"Cameryn I know you are scared but you have to do it. Please.........do it for me and Jack!" He said stroking my hair. As a tear rolled down my face I closed my eyes and drifted away. But this time it was different. When I felt myself fall asleep something appeared before me. I thought it was a dream. All so a sudden Scarlet shows up.

"What the hell?!" I yell.

"What did you think I would be gone forever?" She said caressing my face.

"What do you want?" I ask.

"Oh the basics rule the world take over a body you know." She says.

"Cool." I reply. Me and her need to be in the same side at least for now. That's one less person after me.

"Really?!" She asks surprised.

"Yeah I mean you and I have connected feelings. Why do you think Jack and anti get along so well!" I say smiling.

"You mean they have a compromise?" She asks.

"Yeah something like that!" I smile.

"What do you think it is?" She asks.

"I don't know but we should have one!" I giggle.

"Ok but you know after it will feel like you have been hit by a bus. In order for this to work our energy will be drained. It will replenish though." She walked up and grabbed my hands.

"Ok our agreement will be neither one of us can completely be in control. If we are the side fully in control gets cast out!" I remarked.

"Oh and no harm to anyone and we both know what is going on at all times." She added.

After we agree the room starts shaking. I guess I am waking up. Well at least we both agree and it will not be to bad. At least I hope. When I open my eyes I see Jack sitting and talking to Mark. Ugh I feel like I got hit by a bus!

"Hey." I whisper.

"Hello sweetie!" Jack sang kissing my forehead.

Jack and Mark look at me in confusion. Is it that obvious! Do I look like I got hit by a bus.

"What's wrong?!" Jack questions. Yep I guess it is that bad.

"Scarlet and I made a compromise and she took all my energy." I muttered out of energy.

"What comprise?" He asks.

"Me and Scarlet are friends now.............don't worry about it." I yawned then my eyes closed. I can't help it I need sleep.
