Chapter 40

*Cameryns POV
When I fall asleep I am in the same place as before but this time something is different. I stay back instead of going to Scarlet. I can feel a strange energy running through me. Then I see Jack. How is Jack here?

"Hey!" He yells. I see him and his eyes are black like Scarlets. He has tattoos and gauges like Scarlet.

"Jack?" She calls back. I could see him tense up when she said that.

"No I am Anti! I am Jack dark side." He says walking towards her. 

"Hi I am Scarlet!" She said shaking his hand. 

Anti and Scarlet start talking. They talk forever it seems like. It seems like they really connect. That could be bad or good.

"Hello Anti?" She says waving her hand in front of his face. I guess he zoned out.

"What?" He laughs.

"So since Jack is Cameryns dad does that mean.........you are my dad?" She asks blushing.  I never thought that Scarlet would act like this.

"Yes it does and I love you very much!" Anti says hugging her. What?! Antis are nice? I have never seen Scarlet act like this.

"Scarlet I have a plan ok.......... I am going to get Jack and Cameryn to release us so we can be together ok?" He said hugging her.

"Ok be safe I love you.........dad!" She called. I never thought this could happen. As Anti left I felt the energy leave and I saw Scarlet crying. She really loved him maybe even as much as I love Jack. I don't think I should go over there. I can feel her sadness. She feels like the only person who ever loved her has been taken away. I have to get these two together. Even if they hurt me in the future. They deserve a chance! I can feel myself wake up.

"Hey dad!" I slur.

"Hey pumpkin!" He rushes over to the side of the bed.

"So what did Anti say we need to do?" I say. Jack looks shocked.

"How? Did you meet him?" He questions.

"I saw him with Scarlet and no I didn't meet him." I say and Jack looks relived.

"Well he wants us to release them. Do you think it is a good idea?" He asks.

"Honestly no but I see the way they act............they act like us." I say hugging Jack.

"Ok..............should we do it now?" He asks.

"Why not!" I shrug.

Jack grabs my hands and sets a paper between us. It has a lot of random words on it. Ok weird. Jack looks at me I can tell he is scared. I am too.

"You ready?" He asks. No.

"Yes." I reply.

"We all have our dark side but now it is time to abide all the rules and the guidelines so now we say goodbye." We read. I could feel myself shaking. All of a sudden Anti and Scarlet are in front of us. They are ghost like they hug and leave.

"No thank you?!" I yell as they walkout. Jack chuckles. We are both very tiered. 

Jack comes and sits on the bed next to me. We just sit there hugging. Mark walks in with dinner. CRAP! What time is it? I look at my phone. It's 8:00! I dug into dinner because I was starving. After eating we talk.

"So today is my last full day in the hospital I get out tomorrow at 12!" I exclaim.

"Yea. Then we go back home." Jack said he was kinda sad so was I. I didn't want to leave uncle Mark.

"Uncle Markimoo..........?" I say.

"Yes?" He questions.

"Please don't blame yourself for anything. I love you so much!" I say hugging him.

"Group hug!" I hear Jack yell. Then two more people join the hug. Matt and Ryan! We broke the hug and Jack say on the bed with me.

"Jack I am sorry." I say.

"For what?" He asks.

"Ruining your life with my drama." I say.

"Cameryn don't talk like that. If anything my life has been amazing with you!" He says hugging me.

He starts trying to braid my hair.

"MARK HOW DO YOU BRAID HAIR!!!!" He yelled.

"How am I supposed to know!" Mark says.

They sit there trying to braid my hair. They can't do it but that doesn't stop them from giving up. Matt and Ryan walk over.

"We got this!" They say pushing Mark and Jack out of the way. They gave me amazing French braids.

"How did you know how to do that?!" I ask astonished.

"YouTube!" They both said.

"Um Cameryn we have to say goodbye today because we leave tomorrow. I am sorry." Matt says hugging me then Ryan joins the hug.

"It is ok! I love you uncle Matt and uncle Ryan. I will face time you." I call after them.

They leave and it is sad. Jack left to go to the bathroom. Me and Mark talk.

"Hey I talked to the nurse and she said you can get out early at 8:00am! Don't tell Jack ok he is going to go to the apartment and we are going to the hair salon!" He squeals.

"Awesome!" I exclaim.

Jack walks into the room and he sits on the bed and hugs me tight. He rocks me until I fall asleep. Good night L.A I don't want to leave tomorrow.
