EPISODE 72

Episode 72:part 1

Nari said that today she felt very fortunate, so she will forgive Ja Jang for taking in her sleep. JJ told CS that she felt she couldn’t go to sleep tonight, and CS wondered why because didn’t she feel happy today? She told him her stomach ached, and he wondered was it due to her pregnancy, but she told him it was because she laughed too much. CS told her she scared him for a moment, only to have JJ replied back she cried just as much. Even though she was laughing, but her heart had cried many times. JJ told him that she was bad when she was young, and CS told her that even now, she was still a little bit bad. When JJ gave him a look, he asked her how bad was she. She told him,during the time when her mom was pregnant with Nari—because she was the child of JJ’s mom and step-dad and because JJ was young—she thought that her mom would be stolen from her, so that’s why she felt unrest. A flash back  from the past showed JJ requesting her mom to not have a child since there were already children at home. Her mom told her that when JJ grew up and become a woman, she would understand why she would want to give birth to the child of the man she loved. CS asked her did she get hit by her mom, but JJ said that her mom’s expression was like just wait and see and you will understand when you give bith to a daughter like you (JJ). CS said that she must give birth to a daughter who would be like JJ. He told her he had been thinking for a while, that he had hoped their baby would be a girl (?). Although they couldn’t live together, he hoped, when he come to visit, could see JJ personally dressing up Blessing, taking an afternoon nap together. He won’t bother them, but to just watch them. He would take a nap with them, but of course, when he woke up, he would be even more unwilling to let go, but he will bear with it, but it will be his motivation to live. JJ told CS that he was a good guy, and because he was a good guy, he would listen to (obey) her, whether she was right or not. She wished Blessing would be like him more. CS said that because he had wronged her and JJ, he would love Blessing even more.

JS asked HS if he could not sleep. JS said that he had felt, since they were in the restaurant, that HS’s mood wasn’t that great. HS said did JS think that everyone could be as optimistic as him. JS asked him what was wrong, and why was his expression so gloomy. HS told JS that he had decided to end his relationship with JY. He might be this gloomy for a couple of days. JS asked if he would really just be gloomy for a few days. HS said he didn’t even know. It seemed that he was only suitable to be a bookworm. This (situation) was too difficult. JS asked him did he really have to do this, and HS told him that it was JY who said it first. It seemed that when he wanted to get close, it made her retreat. JS said that HS’s expression was the same expression JS had on that day—when he was sitting by the shore, drinking—when HS pulled JS back from becoming a sailor. HS said he didn’t know that because he hadn’t checked his reflection in the mirror recently. JS said that whenever HS tried to solve a hard problem, he was always diligent. He never had the habit of prolonging it till the next day. Although it felt like he was struggling with this hard problem, it seemed that it was because he had falling in love, he was going back and forth in this entanglement. JS said that’s how HS was like.

DH asked JY was she feeling unwell. When DH said she will call IS, JY grabbed her and told DH that she was suffering right now, so don’t let her mother know about it. DH noted that JY couldn’t even open her eyes, in which JY claimed it might be that she cried too long. DH said that JY was really silly. In this state, could she really separate love and marriage? JY said she had scar in her chest, and it’s caused by that person. To her love is a scar…she’s really weird, huh? DH said that JY should also know that this isn’t like JY’s style…but, just painfully cry out loud, and be truthful to aunt. “Mom, I absolutely can’t do it.” JY said that she couldn’t because in this world, she felt that her mom was really pitiful. Even when she was wiping her tears, she needed to use a famous brand tissue to wipe her tears; her mother was that type of materialistic kind of person. DH said was it really important to use what type tissue to wipe one’s tear. JY said that her mom was like that. DH asked JY why did she rush straight in without fear…didn’t she think that she could get hurt? JY said that she knew she would get hurt, but she hoped she would come back with the injury…that’s why she suffering.

JS told JY he heard they had ended, and JY confirmed it. JS said he didn’t know why both of them choose to break up. HS was slow to warm up to people, but only if you are willing to wait, he will definitely open his way of thinking (open the door to his heart’s chamber) to you. JS felt that his brother had already opened the door to his heart. JS said he really didn’t know why she would make this decision. JY said it’s because she isn’t Na Do Hee: she was JY. She couldn’t do what DH was doing, dashing in regardless of  her safety, so she had hurt HS. It’s better to end it quickly. In another word, she was a bad person. She was the one who first approached his righteous younger brother. When she had waited until he opened his heart, she escaped. JS asked her why. Why did she have to escape? He really couldn’t understand. JY said she also didn’t (clearly) understand, so how could he understand.  She wished he will understand that in her world, DH was a rare species. She was only pretending to be a rare species temporarily. She hoped he will constantly tease (provoke)HS to make him happy. She said he also knew that HS looked exceptionally cool when he smiled. When he seriously tried to joke around, it was exceptionally hilarious.

JS’s colleagues wondered why were JY and JS together. The girl colleague guessed that JY intentionally tried to get closer to JS. JS apologized to them for being late and asked them if they needed help. The male colleague asked JS what was his real intention (who was he or what was his background). Js apologized to his seniors again and said he would be on time from now on. The male assistant wondered what was JS’s attraction. He could understand geniuses would be attracted to geniuses but even an affluent girl was attracted to him. JS was confused, but the new girl asked if she could join the competition. She said that JS was like a favorable contestant in a marathon, not a zero. That’s why she felt she also have a chance to win. Designer Kim walked in and demanded coffee. The girl assistant asked the newbie (the new girl) what strategy she has to ensure her win, and newbie said that winning or losing all depended on a risk.
