Designer Kim told JS to leave because ever since they have came to work at BY, they had done their best for BY so they didn’t deserve this suspicion. She told JS that they should just coolly walk away and told him to pack up, only to have JS claiming he wanted to sign the paper because he wanted to sign the paper in front of grandfather and chairman without any explanation. He asked teacher for the permission to do so. Designer Kim retorted didn’t he realized he’s being insulted right now, but JS said he knew. JS said he understand because in this kind of situation, of course they would start suspecting and investigate the people who are outsiders first. Designer Kim said that this wasn’t the time for him to expressed his innocent and kind-hearted side. Even if they had signed the contract, she’s afraid it wouldn’t erase the suspicion. JS said he knew. Designer Kim asked then why did he wanted to do so, but JS said that in this kind of situation, leaving because they felt they had been wronged was an irresponsible behavior. When their rival company had announced the same new product…at such an emergency, JS didn’t want to irresponsibly leave the company. Designer Kim asked him what do JS wanted to do then, and JS answered that they would signed the papers and prove their innocent afterward. The first thing is to overcome this current situation with everyone. Designer Kim told him to sit down, and asked DH for a pen. Grandpa said that he hadn’t been considerate because they were too focused on having Designer Kim and JS prove their innocence that he hadn’t thought things through. He told them that he believed them, so that from now on, they must work harder to gain the trust from all the workers in BY.

Chairman asked JS he should understand why Chairman couldn’t be like grandfather to trust JS and Designer Kim completely. JS answered yes, and Chairman told him that he thought JS had come into BY with a hidden agenda, and JS said he knew that. DH told Lawyer Lee that if everyone knew about her relationship with JS, then everyone would find this suspicion ridiculous, and instead, the person who would be the most suspicious would be him because the person who wanted to frame Gong Junsu the most was Lawyer Lee. Lawyer Lee asked her would he hurt BY just to frame JS, but DH answered that he was the kind who would use underhanded method to achieve what he wanted. In order to get BY, he wouldn’t mind hurting BY. Lawyer Lee said that she had such a despicable view about him. JY said that they should have HS look into the time when the design was copyrighted, but DH told JY that JY should know how many years it would take in a court for a copyrighted case (patent case). JY said she knew but they couldn’t just remained silent after they stole the information. DH said they didn’t have definitive proof. Again, JY said they couldn’t just not do anything, and DH admitted that they have no choice. She could only believe in…and JY asked whom (?).

Design Team Leader A complained that they couldn’t just handed the whole investigation to the lawyer team and just continue to do their work, but Designer Kim asked Design Team Leader A what she would suggested that they do. Design Team Leader A said that Designer Kim should find the person who leaked out the information. She claimed that no one could guarantee that the next design would not be leaked out. Designer Kim retorted that who knew whether the world was going to end tomorrow or not; just live for today. Design Team Leader A hysterically screamed they weren’t discussing about this issue. JS told them that he looked into the designed from the rival team and it was confirmed that their designed was at least 90% similar to the ones they planned. Design Team A Leader said that they all knew that, but JS said that the rival company did not release the specific detail so there might be a difference. Design Team Leader A said that his opinions didn’t matter, but JS said that the rival company’s idea was the same as theirs so the general information that they have gathered should be the same. So before they (BY) announce their product, they have to come up with prevention (protections) and focus on these preventions (protections). Designer Kim said it would be the same thing as holding an explosive and jumping into a fiery pit if they focused on preventions procedures and allow the rival company to produce the product first. Designer Kim said that Design Team A Leader was only good at complaining and asked Design Team Leader A what plan did she have. Design Team Leader A said they had to revamp the design to come up with a new break through. Designer Kim asked if people agree with Design Team Leader A’s opinion, raise their hands. When she saw the result, she told them that they would follow Design Team Leader A’s opinion and change the design or concept (?).
