Episode 5: Hopper's Plan

Jonathan's POV:

After the boys and Nancy explained everything with Elven and Hopper, we were all silent. We had absolutely no clue about what to do in this situation. "Okay so if Eleven's the monster, then why don't we just let her be in the upside down?" mom asked sitting on the couch. Mike yelled 'what is wrong with you'! Will walked over to our mother and took her hands. "Mom, we have to save her. You don't even know half of the things she did to get me back" he said looking our mom in the eyes. She sighed and nodded. "I'm sorry I just, don't want anything happening to you Will" she said with tears in her eyes. "Okay guys we need to focus" Lucas said looking around at the people in the room. "We need to, get her out. What about we just go in there, and get her out" Mike said tapping his food on the ground. "She did say that she didn't want to be saved" Nancy said looking at Mike. "What if she knew she was the monster, and wants to save us" I said shrugging my shoulders. Everyone had there eyes on me, thinking. Just as Dustin was about to speak, someone was knocking on the door.

Mike's POV:

Joyce stood up and answered the door, and in came Hopper. "What are you doing here?" I asked standing up crossing my arms over my chest. He walked further in to the living room and sat down on a chair. "I have a plan" he said breathing out smoke. "No I'm not listening to you" I said walking over to the opposite side of the room. "Mike lets at least hear him out" Dustin said. I just nodded my head narrowing my eyes at him. "So if I'm correct you still don't know what to do, and neither do I. But what if I go the Lab and steal the surveillance cameras so we can see what they have done to Eleven and hear what they are talking about" Hopper said letting out a breath. Everybody had there jaws touching the floor. "I-wow" Lucas said. "Why didn't we think of that?" Will asked clearly amazed. "Because we don't have access to the tapes" I said. Joyce sighs and said;"Hopper when will you get the tapes?" He lit another cigarette.
"I was thinking about doing it now, and then come back, and we could watch the tapes" Hopper said standing up. We all nodded as Hopper walked out of the house. There were silent and everybody was thinking the same thing.

Hopper's POV:

I opened the door to the Lab and walked in. The guards nodded at me, and I nodded back. I walked into the surveillance room, and a man sat on a chair staring at the screens. "Hey dr. Brennan wants to talk to you" I said crossing my arms. He nodded and walked out of the room. I hurried over to the tapes and took what I needed. I also deleted the tapes of me walking to the surveillance room. I hurried out of the room and out of the Lab. I let out a breath in the car and drove away.
