Dans POV:

This is a weird argument Phil and I are having right now. I mean yeah we're dating, but isn't it a normal couple thing to talk about this?
We're actually arguing over whose last name we're gonna take when we're married. Louise was also over and laughing at us the entire time we're arguing.

"Lester." Phil said.

"Howell." I protested. Louise still laughing at us in the back ground.

"Lester." Phil said crossing his arms.

"Seriously." I Said And he huffed in response.

"Lester." Phil said but also somewhat sang the word.

"Howe-" before I could finished my sentence Louise joined in on the conversation.

"Why don't you either join both of you last names like Howell-Lester or something or you could just keep the same last name you've already got but still be married." Louise said.

"Nah, I think we should do Howell." I said.

"Lester." Phil protested and I turned around going to walked away.

"Dan, turn around." Louise said.

"Wh-" I said turning around but stopped mid sentence when I seen what Phil was doing.

"Kind of ironic right?" Phil paused laughing a little.

"Dan, you've always been there for me, I've been there for you. I don't know what I would do if I hadn't met you all those years ago or if I didn't have you in my life right now. And I really hope that you would want to spend the rest of your life with me." Phil paused opening the small box revealing a ring.

"Will you marry me?" He asked.

"Yes! Yes you spork!" I said shouting a bit too loudly on the first 'yes'.
He put the ring on my finger, then stood up taking my hands in his and kissing me softly then hugging me.

"Oh my god! You guys! This is amazing!" Louise said hugging both of us.

"Thanks." I replied.

"So?" She paused.

"Whose last name are you taking?" Louise asked, this was now the most important question.

"Not sure, we'll figure something out." I said looking at Phil smiling.
