THE RECEPTION

Sunaina was sitting in the hotel parlour . A beautiful designer gown deep red in colour was placed alongside . Red was her favourite colour so the gown had been chosen in red .

Sunaina was not in the mood to merry but it was her reception so she had to get ready . Two beauticians were arranging her hair while one was responsible for her makeup .

It took them two hours to get her ready but the result was fabulous . The gown was designed keeping her curvaceous body in mind . The bodice was fully embroidered with gold thread .

The gown was of pure silk with net sleeves .Her hair had been piled high with two strands left loose emphasising on her round face . The golden and red makeup was enhancing her beauty to a maximum

She was wearing a matching diamond and ruby necklace and earings with the gown.

Vikram was wearing a black tux with red shirt complementing her dress .

When he came to take her to the ballroom where the reception was taking place he was just mesmerised by her beauty.He was just blown away.

"Sunaina you are looking so beautiful that today everyone will realise why we got married .Your beauty has just taken my breath away "

Sunaina just murmured a thank you .

The ballroom was beautifully decorated with blue satin ribbons and sashes . The theme of the wedding was white and blue .

The tables were covered with silk table cloths . Bottles of champagne were placed on every table with champagne glasses.

Exotic flowers decorated the stage where a blue sofa was kept for the newly wed couple to sit .

A huge four level cake was placed on a nearby table .

Vikram and Sunaina entered the ballroom in a special buggy decorated with lilies .

When they were about to sit on the stage Vikram bowed on one knee and proposed to her . " Sunaina I love you and I know we are married but will you do the honour of being the light and joy of my life?"saying this he placed a huge ruby ring on her finger.

Everyone clapped and there were tears in Kiran's eyes .

Even Sunaina's father had tears in his eyes but these were tears of joy.

After that Sunaina was gifted lots of jewellery by her mother and father in law .

Even her sister in law gave her many gifts ." You know what Sunaina I always wanted you to be my bhabhi and today my wish is fulfilled . I am so happy for you and Vikram "

Infact Sunaina and Vikram were piled with gifts because the Thakurs were a famous family with a huge circle of friends.

After that both set of parents danced to Bollywood numbers . Vikram's sister and her husband had also prepared some dance numbers .

Now it was time for the couple to dance . The DJ played a soft romantic number and Vikram asked her to dance with him .

Vikram had been aching to hold her in his arms and this was a perfect opportunity .

They danced together on two songs . Sunaina had always enjoyed dancing with him but today she was numb . It was as if she had no feelings.

After their dance champagne was opened and the cake was cut .

Dinner was again a lavish affair with at least ten type of world cuisines.

The reception went on till wee hours of the morning . At around 2 PM they left the reception for the bridal suite booked for them in the hotel.
