"You could of at least fixed your makeup," Nat joked, once I finally made it back downstairs.
My body still tingled, and my thighs were warm from Tony's goatee, but I was happy.
"And your dress is wrinkled," she added, and nodded towards Wanda, "we've been waiting for you, I think she's ready to go, but I was waiting on you," she added and nodded at Wanda, as Tony finally stepped out of the elevator, behind me. He was buttoning up his suit jacket, and running a hand through his hair, but his smile stretched over his lips, and my lipstick was still on his neck.
"(Y/n)!" Nat remarked again, bringing my attention back on her, as Tony joined us, "you have some lipstick..nevermind.
"What?" He uttered, but frowned once he noticed the look on my face.
"We're taking Wanda home," I declared, "what happen?" I asked, taking a step towards Wanda and Steve, refusing to let my happiness be marred by what these people said to Wanda.
"Someone mentioned Pietro, and gave their condolences," Nat murmured, as the crowd parted to let the three of us through, "she said she's fine, but her mood changed, it'd probably better if we got her out of here."
"Okay, then let's go, I got what I wanted out of this party anyways," I giggled, and texted the limo driver to meet us out front.
"Yah, I bet you both did," Nat chided, and handed me my coat.
"I'll meet you at the door, and walk you out," Tony reassured, and headed for the door, while I grabbed Wanda's hand.
"Let's go kid, I'm bored," I uttered, and eyed the senator's still trying to make conversation. Steve tried to excuse us, but they followed us towards the door, still asking questions, obviously more interested in Steve.
"I told Natasha I was okay," Wanda stated, but her eyes shined with tears, and she didn't let go of my hand till I gave her her coat.
"It's fine, besides it's getting late," I decreed, and led her towards Tony and Clint.
Tony helped slide my coat over my bare shoulders, and wrapped an arm around my waist, "we're all leaving, but let's just get you out of here first," he encouraged, and led us outside.
Photographers and reporters pressed against the ropes, but Tony just smiled, and waved. Flashes nearly struck me blind, but I concentrated on his arm around my waist, and the limo a few feet ahead.
"I'll see you at home, I'll probably be another hour or so," he shouted in my ear, over the noise, "maybe you can put on the underwear I left out earlier?"
I snorted, as the mob went crazy once he kissed my lips before we left, but I was too distracted by his calm demeanor, and rush of warmth.
"Driver let's go," I demanded, once we were nestled safely inside.

Limo

"You both didn't have to leave the party, I'm not a child," Wanda murmured after a few quiet minutes.
"It's fine, I didn't feel like seeing more wives fawning over Tony, anyways," I answered honestly, and gave her a bright smile, "and we're a team remember, I already told you, if you wanted to leave, we'd leave."
She nodded and wrapped her arms around herself. Everyone seemed to forget she was still a sixteen year old girl, who lost her brother a few months ago, along with her home, but I didn't forget, and neither did Natasha. I knew the council was wary of her immense power, even some of the team still was, after what happened in Johannesburg and Sokovia, but my bleeding heart went out to her. We were asking a lot from a child who grew up to soon, but she took it in stride, and did everything we asked her to do, no questions asked.
"I know, but, you all have..." she paused, and looked out the window, "I just hoped tonight would be different."
"It was different, you do realize we don't usually dress like this, and (y/n) didn't punch someone. That's different all in itself," Natasha remarked, and nudged Wanda's shoulder.
"It's not that," she sighed, but gave Nat a sad smile.
"Then what is it, besides what happened?" I asked, and leaned forward, "you can trust us."
She let out a deep breath, and looked back out the window, "I don't know, I guess just seeing how close you all are, makes me ache for my brother, I still feel like such an outsider here.." She concurred, and fiddled with her fingers, "I know know it's not easy, after what I did to all of you, in Johannesburg..."
"Honey, you were forced into that position, and believe me, it took time for all of us to get here. In fact, when I first met Nat, she was a spy sent in to watch Tony, and with Steve, well, I was in such a bad place, but he gave me a shoulder to lean on when I needed it most," I asserted, and patted her hand, "all of us needed someone at one point, and the team answered, even Tony leans on us when he needs it. He may not show it, but he cares for all of us, in his own way," I paused and glanced at Natasha, "and I understand how hard it is to trust people when you've been through hell, even though you want too, but we're all here for you. Clint decided to show up, for you, and Nat and I are both right here because we care, do you understand?"
It didn't matter if we just had this conversation a few days ago, while shopping. I promised I'd happily keep reassuring her, cause she needed it, and because Wanda reminded me alot of myself at that age. If it wasn't for my grandmother's own reassurances, who knows where I would of ended up.
"I do, and you're probably right," she murmured, "I'm sorry for ruining your night, but I don't really feel like heading back to the facility, or being alone..."
"Then say no more, I have just the thing," I giggled, and grabbed my phone from my dress.
"Uh uh, nope, I know that look (y/n)," Nat rebutted.
"Don't be such a lame ass, it'll be fun, besides when was the last time we went out, and the clubs will be so dark, no one will even notice we're there," I cooed, and opened my phone, "FRIDAY, I have an unusual request for you on this wonderful Friday night."
"And what would that be (y/n)?" FRIDAY answered immediately.
"Did Tony turn your brains into mush in those thirty minutes?" Red snapped, "and Wanda's sixteen, she can't get into a club."
"Pfff, coming from one of the best spies in the world, pfff, give me a break, uh FRIDAY how long will it take for you to round up one of my old ID's for Ms. Maximoff?" I snickered, while Wanda frowned, "I'll take care of everything else."
"Should take no time at all, in fact I can have one ready, in the next half hour," she replied.
"Excellent," I chattered, and leaned towards the limo driver.
"Does Tony know you have the ability to get FRIDAY to do something illegal?" Red asked, but relaxed her shoulders and began opening a bottle of champagne.
"Again pfff, illegal my ass, but FRIDAY and I have an agreement. Women rule, and men drool, us ladies gotta stick together," I snorted and tapped on the glass.
"I don't know what's going on?" Wanda asked.
"You will," I added and smiled at the handsome limo driver, "hey handsome, there's been a slight change of plans."
