How can he see into my eyes like open doors? Leading him down into my core where I've become so numb. The pain of the past and present as caused so many wounds that the pain has become numbing. I felt like the tin man. Maybe that's not a bad thing. Without a soul my spirit's sleeping somewhere cold until Tom finds it there and lead it back home. Wake me up inside because I can't wake up. Save me, call my name and save me from the dark. Bid my blood to run before I come undone. Save me from the nothing I've become.

Now that I know what I'm without he can't just leave me. Well he can, but he's done such good things to and for me that I don't know what I'd do without him. I've never been so happy. I was in a really bad place before Tom showed up. Now I'm better, well getting better. Still some loose screws. Breathe into me and make me real. Bring me to life. I've been living a lie, there's nothing inside. Frozen inside without Tom's touch without his love. Only he is the life among the dead. All this time I can't believe I couldn't see. I was kept in the dark but he was there in front of me. I've been sleeping a thousand years it seems.

Got to open my eyes to everything. Without a thought, without a voice, without a soul. Don't let me die here. There must be something more. I'm worth it. I know I am. Tom is willing to fight for me. I've never had anyone fight for me. Other gave up after a month. This has been more than months. His smile brightens my day, creating clear blue skies. His voice thaws my icy heart. Something I thought the Ice King had permanently froze, turning me into a walker. Tom is my savior.

If it wasn't for him, I don't know where I'd be. Probably not talking about how amazing he is. That's a terrible and frightening thought. Good thing it won't be my reality. Or at least I hope not. Bring me to life. Wake me up inside because I can't wake up. Save me, call my name and save me from the dark. Wake me up and bid my blood to run. For I am not going to give up on him just like he hasn't given up on me. So save me before I come undone. Save me from the nothing I've become. Bring me to life.
