Edward was boiling with rage. Not only had he just had a fight with the love of his life but now, said love of his life was ignoring him.
What was the fight about? Well, [name] hardly ever got jealous so when he did get jealous, it was magnified by ten and he was jealous... of Bella Swan. The new girl who had caught Edwards interest.
Though the only reason she caught his interest was because he couldn't read her thoughts, not because he was attracted to her. It had never happened to him before so of course his curiousness was peaked.
[name] had been so used to always having Edwards attention on him that now that it was on someone else, he couldn't help how jealous he got. Which was how the fight started in the first place. It was easy to tell Bella had some sort of feelings for Edward, even Edward could tell that so he could understand why he was jealous.
He just wished such a big deal wasn't made out of it. [name] would always be his mate, his number one. He wished [name] could see that. They were on a school excursion and it had just ended with [name] walking straight past Edward and into the bus, where he would no doubt be sitting next to one of the other vampires.
Edward sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose frustratingly. "It'll be okay." Alice said as she walked up to him. "He'll forgive you. I've seen it." She said with a dreamy smile.
"The future can always change." He mumbled, though he knew [name] would talk to him eventually. They were going to be mates for eternity after all. "I just wish he knew how much he meant to me and that he doesn't have to worry about anyone else." He glanced at the bus, knowing [name] was definitely listening in.
Alice giggled, patting Edwards arm. "Like I said. I've seen it."
The one who caused the conflicted suddenly made her way over, hands in pockets as she stared straight at Edward. "Um, hi. Sorry to interrupt." Edward stayed silent. "I was just wondering if maybe you wanted to hang out at my place tonight. My dad won't be home."
Edward heard [name]'s growl from inside the bus. He was quick to answer, "I don't think that would be appropriate. I will be spending the evening with my boyfriend." Husband.
"Oh." Bella said in surprise. "Sorry. I thought you two were going to break up. I mean, you're always fighting."
They only started arguing when she cane around. "You don't know anything about mine and [name]'s relationship." He snapped. "We will never break up and I would appreciate it if you could stop flirting with me. It makes both me and him uncomfortable." He whipped around and stepped into the bus, not waiting for her reaction.
As soon as he stepped in, he saw that [name] wasn't sitting with anyone and had the seat next to him open and was gesturing for Edward to come sit next to him. As the vampire took the seat, [name] turned to face him with a smirk, "that was kinda harsh but so hot at the same time."
"I was just speaking the truth. I should have told her sooner and I apologise to you for not doing that." Edward said sincerely, placing a hand on his husbands thigh.
[name] glanced down, "thank you." Was all he said before placing a gentle kiss on the bronze haired mans lips. "I love you."
"I love you to."
