"What are you doing out here?" Bellamy's voice rang through the air and [name] turned his head to smile at the other boy. He had left the camp around half an hour ago because he just loved to lay down on the cool grass, running his fingers through it.
Spending his whole life in space, being down on earth was a dream come true. It was just so beautiful. Everything down here was. He could spend hours just staring into the distance and watching as nature ran its course. "Don't you ever just stop and take everything in?" He answered the question with another question.
"Bit busy building protection around the camp. Which is why you shouldn't be out here. Grounders could be anywhere and attack at any second." Bellamy gave him a disapproving stare, crossing his arms over his chest.
[name] rolled his eyes and didn't make a move to leave. "Yeah. Maybe I'm an idiot but I guess I'm a bit addicted to feeling alive and when I'm inside the wall we're always busy, I never have the time to just... chill unless I'm out here." He looked up at Bellamy and teased, "I'm a fast runner. If a grounder comes I'll just take off."
"You're not fast enough to outrun them and I don't feel like you dying any time soon." Bellamy went and sat next to him, leaning forward to place a peck on his lips. "I just got you to be my boyfriend and I want that to last a long time."
"And it will." He rested his head on Bellamy's shoulder, feeling a sigh escape his lips. "I promise I'm not leaving you any time soon... if you really worry about me being out here than... I guess I'll just stay in the walls." He held a frown and his voice was sad. He didn't want to lose the feeling he got when he was out here.
"You don't have to stop coming out here, maybe just stay a bit closer so you actually will be able to outrun them and you'll be heard if you call. That's all I ask for." Bellamy put his arm over his shoulder and pulled him closer. "But for now we can stay out here, since I'm here to protect you."
He laughed loudly as [name] hit him in the chest. "I can protect myself dumbass."
