Chapter 63: Drink Me, Vampire Knight

"You're brooding again." He said as he walked straight into the room that wasn't his to see the white haired male, laying on the bed and staring up at the ceiling with a frown. "C'mon, you need to smile at least once in your life."

Zero looked over at him and gave him the most fake and ungenuine smile he had ever seen, making him sigh in annoyance. "What? You're the one that wanted a smile."

"Yeah. A real one." [name] walked over and sat down next to him on the bed. "You know you're really hot but you'd be even hotter with a smile on those delicious lips." He licked his own lips and leaned in so close that they were inches apart.

Unfortunately, they weren't dating. Hell, it would be a stretch to even call them friends but it's not like he hadn't been trying to get Zero to like him. He could tell Zero was attracted to him but he never acted on it, even when he had seen [name] completely naked he hadn't done anything. Sometimes, it made him a little insecure but then he remembered how sexy he was and his confidence was straight back up. "Are you hungry?"

Zero pursed his lips as he turned away from him, their lips no longer being inches apart. They were far too apart for [name]'s liking. "No."

"You're lying... I've told you a thousand times that it's okay to drink from me. I'm serious Zero. I'm not gonna let you starve. Besides, you've done it before and it went completely fine." He tilted his head to the side to show his exposed neck. "I do look rather delicious, don't I?"

"Too delicious." Zero whispered but [name] had heard and a massive smile overcame his face. "I'd never forgive myself if I hurt you."

"You won't hurt me. I trust you." He said gently, grabbing Zero's hand in his own. There were few times when they were actually gentle and kind to each other. [name] was mostly flirty and Zero was mostly snappy.

Zero was quick to flip around and pin the other male to the bed, hands gripping onto his wrists and digging him into the bed. "You should be scared of me. No. You should be terrified of me."

"Sorry baby but it takes a lot to scare me and you," [name] was the one to flip over this time and dug the vampire into the bed, "you don't scare me at all. Quite the opposite actually." He leaned down, his body seemingly fitting perfect with Zero's as the vampire spread his legs to make him more comfortable.

"You're an idiot than." Zero mumbled, feeling [name] bury his face into his neck, soft breaths leaving his lips. It scared Zero how content he felt with the other male on top of him.

"Your words wound me." He joked, pulling his head back up and resting their foreheads on each other. "How about I make you a deal? I'll let you drink from me if... I can kiss you."

Zero's breath hitched, "that just sounds like you getting exactly what you want. You want me to drink from you and you want to kiss me. What am I getting out of this deal?"

"What are you getting out of it? Well, you get to drink my delicious blood that I know you love and desire, and you get to kiss my amazing lips, that you haven't been able to stop staring at since I started talking." He smirked when Zero's eyes snapped up to look at him.

"You are insufferable."

"Maybe but I know you like that about me."

"It's the last thing I like about you. Actually, I don't like you at all." Zero lied, moving to try and get [name] off of him. He could do it with ease but he didn't and [name] knew it was because Zero didn't actually want him to move. He liked the feel of the other male on top of him.

"Whatever you say sweetheart." He fake frowned and sat up, completely removing himself from the vampire. "If you really don't like me at all, than I guess there's nothing I can do about that. I'll just leave and you'll never have to deal with me again." He stood up but a hand around his wrist made him stop and he smiled cockily. "Yes, Zero?"

"You are so annoying... but I don't want you to leave." He mumbled quietly.

"Sorry, what was that? I couldn't hear you, you're going to have to speak up sweetheart."

"I know you heard me and I'm not repeating myself!" Zero snapped and rolled over so his back was facing [name].

[name] smirked and jumped back on the bed, being the big spoon to Zero's little spoon. He moved his arm up, until his wrist was right in front of Zero's mouth. "You know, I might act like a cocky douche but I really do care about you and... I know you're in pain, so please just drink from me. Than, I'll leave you alone if you really want me to."

It was quiet for a couple, long seconds and finally, he felt fangs pierce his skin. A sting burned his wrist but he ignored the pain. If he showed pain, he knew that would just deter Zero more and it was already hard enough to get him to drink. It was over soon enough and [name] pulled his wrist back, a few droplets of blood leaking out.

"I'll get that." Zero whispered, turning back around and attaching his mouth to the wrist, gently licking the spare blood. It took everything in him not to re attach his fangs and start drinking again.

"See? I knew you wouldn't hurt me." [name] said softly, leaning his foreheads on Zero's. He took in a deep breath before standing up, remembering his promise of leaving if Zero drank but once again, his wrist was grabbed.

"I can't believe you're going to make me say this. I don't want you to leave... stay here with me. I..." He seemed frustrated with himself that he couldn't express himself properly.

The good thing about [name] though, was that Zero didn't need to because [name] could always understand him and he knew what he meant. "I won't go." He said, getting back into bed and wrapping his arms around the vampire. "I'll be here for as long as you want me."

I always want you, Zero thought as he laid his head on the other males chest, wishing he had the guts to say it out loud.
