The blood was leaking out of the wound from his side quickly and he could feel himself slowly slipping away. He knew it would happen eventually. No one lasted long in the world they lived in. Still, he thought maybe he would make it. He wanted to explore the rest of the world. He wanted to defeat the titans. He didn't want to die.
He coughed, pain sky rocketing up his body and he winced, too weak to even make a sound of pain. He laid alone in the middle of the road, eyes gazing around at his team mates fighting. Was this his destiny? To die alone?
"[name]!" He tried to turn his head to the sound of the voice and saw the guy that had always made his heart beat faster than it should. The guy he had wanted to have a peaceful life with. "Oh, my god."
"Hey, Eren." He whispered out. Eren kneeled down next to him, eyes wide as they zoned in on the large wound on his side. "It's fine. It doesn't even hurt anymore."
"N-No! I have to get you some help." Eren said with panic, trying to put his arms under his lover to pick him up but the scream of pain that left [name]'s lips made him stop, seeing the action was only making him bleed out faster. "What am I supposed to do? Please tell me what to do." He whimpered.
The light was starting to leave the males eyes but he kept them open, not ready to leave just yet. "Just hold me. Don't leave." He pleaded, grabbing onto Eren's jacket, gripping it as tight as he could.
More tears came to Eren's eyes as blood started to drip from his mouth. "You can't die. This wasn't supposed to happen! There's still so much to do! Please!"
"I'm sorry. I don't want to go." His voice was mono toned but on the inside, he was crying. There was so much emotion coursing through him but he couldn't express any of it on his face.
"Than don't! Don't go."
"What happened?!" Levi shouted, coming down to kneel next to them. "Oh, crap. He's going to die."
"No he isn't! He'll be fine. We just need to help him. G-Get him somewhere safe and help him. Please help him." Eren was rambling as he spoke, moving back and forth with his love still held in his arms, not noticing the light in [name]'s eyes had slowly disappeared and he stared blankly in the distant, his heart no longer beating.
"Eren..." He ignored Levi and continued to rock back and forth, blood soaking his clothes. He knew he was gone but he didn't want to accept it. He had felt him go limp and he knew it he looked down he would see him dead. "He's..."
"He's fine! Okay, just help me take him to the medic. Why won't you help me?!" Eren yelled. The titans were dead and a small crowed of cadets surrounding them, some crying and some staring blankly, another friend lost.
Armin came up behind him, putting a hand on his shoulder. "Eren. He's gone."
"He can't be!" Eren cried out. "He promised me he wouldn't die. He promised we would defeat the titans together. He promised he loved me! He can't leave me."
"He did love you. He loved you more than anything else in this world." Armin spoke the truth. He had always been jealous of the love that was between them, knowing he would probably never have something that powerful. "But you have to let him go."
The thought of letting him go made Eren feel like he was dying inside. He felt like he wanted to vomit but nothing would come up. He slowly looked down, seeing [name] looking up at him with that blank stare. He truely was gone. Eren had lost him and he wasn't coming back.
Armin leaned forward and gently closed the dead's man's eyes.
"He's really gone." Eren whimpered, not being able to move. "What am I supposed to do?"
Armin didn't know how to answer that. He didn't know if Eren would ever be the same after this. They never thought it would happen to [name]. The guy was so confident and seemed invincible. A tear slipped out of the blondes eyes. It wasn't fair. He wrapped his arms around Eren and hugged him tightly, Mikasa coming up and doing the same thing.
The three of them silently crying over the friend and lover they had lost.

That was really sad to write and I don't know why I wrote a sad imagine cause now it just made me sad. I'll have to write some happy imagines now and definitely another Eren one where I don't kill off the guy he loves.
