Just a P.S. this takes place during Age of Ultron, Peter & reader are 17 in this :)

Wanda smiled at your reflection on the mirror. The pink dress she had lent you looked breathtaking on you. It wasn't often that you wore anything else other than a sports bra and loose trousers, so she considered it a good change. You had refused to even go to the party in the first place, but after you found out your best friend Spider-Man was going too, you couldn't say no.

"Where did you even get the dress? I had never seen it before," You asked your sister, who let out a loud laugh, "Remember when you persuaded Tony into letting you use his credit card?" You giggled softly and nodded. You were known for having what people would call 'persuasive powers' as you'd always persuade anyone into doing anything you wanted them to.

She applied a pale pink lipstick on your lips, much to your dismay. You let her do your makeup because deep down, you knew you wanted to impress Spidey and if you had to dress up, well, you'd do so. A soft smile was on your lips as you looked at yourself in the mirror in front of you.

"You look, wonderful baby sis. Now go and impress that Spider guy of yours," She smiled smugly at you. Your eyes went wide at her words, shocked that your sister had figured it out. You were even more concerned at the thought of her telling Pietro, "No worries, won't tell."

Peter gripped the mask in his hands tightly as he spoke to Tony and Steve. He was nervous to see you. His identity had been kept a secret from you to protect you, you only knew his age. Tony had tried to convince him that it was safe to tell you and it wasn't until days prior that he accepted to tell you, during the party.

"She'll love you kid. You're fun, have confidence," Steve told the young man before he got up to retrieve a cup of champagne.

Peter was quick to put the mask over his face once Tony told him you were coming. He could see you as you walked down the stairs and he swore you were the most beautiful human being he had ever seen in his life. You already looked breathtaking on your usual sports outfit but, damn, that dress looked amazing on you.

He got up from the loveseat and approached you. You practically threw yourself into his arms in pure excitement. It had been weeks since you had last seen the masked hero. Once you pulled away, you looked him up and down with an amused grin. He had a normal suit with his Spider-Man mask on.

"Hello Y/N, y-you look amazing," Peter smiled as he looked down at you in his arms, even if you weren't able to see it. You were quick to pull away from the embrace and fold his mask up enough so that it rested on his nose, "You look great too, I-I missed you."

A blush made its way to Peter's face as he heard your words. Deep down, he wondered if you'd say the same thing once he told you who he was, "I missed you too, sorry for not calling as much, I was busy."

"Don't worry, hope you were able to see my memes anyways," You replied with a laugh. Peter shook his head. You had been sending him baby Yoda memes non-stop for the past week. It was cute.

You both took a seat on the couch next to each other. You would ramble about your week and how you almost got your arm broken during training, he'd tell you about patrol and the small bits of info he could share about his personal life.

Thor walked into the living room, followed by Steve and the other Avengers. He left his hammer on the coffee table and sat down next to you, making the couch move just a bit.

You watched with Spidey by your side as everyone tried to lift Thor's hammer. Tony and Rhodey were incredibly determined to move it at least a centimetre, but you knew they probably wouldn't be able to lift it. If anything, the only person who could lift it would be Cap, "You're just not worthy," Thor laughed as he swiftly took a hold of the hammer and lifted it with ease.

"Want to get out of here? It's getting boring," You smiled at your friend and he responded with a quick nod. You grabbed his hand in yours but before you could get far, a high pitched ring was heard all over the room. You immediately covered your ears to block the sound, which eventually disappeared.

Footsteps echoed throughout the whole floor as one of Tony's robots took steps towards, "How could you be worthy? You are all killers!" You looked back at Tony with a confused stare, only to find out he was just as confused as you were, "What the fuck is this?" You asked softly.

You watched intently as the robot talked back and forth with both Steve and Tony about killing someone. You noticed how Thor's grip around the hammer tightened significantly, which just made you even more nervous, "I'm on a mission."

"What mission?" Someone wondered you were too focused on the thing to even pay attention to who it was. What followed seemed like it was going in full speed as the robot responded, "Peace in our time," A lot of Stark's robots flew through the walls, trying desperately to hurt whoever was on their path.

Webbing wrapped around your wrist as Spider-Man moved you out of the path of a robot with a sigh, "Holy shit, that was close."

He left your side quickly in other to aid the other Avengers as you stood, watching from the corner, feeling more useless than ever. You had barely started learning how to fight properly, so it was a 100% better to hide this one out instead.

However, during all the chaos going on around you, you didn't notice the robot that already had a shard of glass in its grasp aimed at you, ready to strike. Peter turned around to look at you, just to confirm that you were safe and okay. Instead, the sight that met his eye immediately made his stomach drop. You were lying down on the floor, hand pressed on your stomach as you whimpered.

He quickly rushed to your side, softly lifting your hand to check how grave your injury was. He grimaced. A large piece of glass had pierced your skin and you were just bleeding like crazy. Peter panicked as he noticed your eyes start to droop. He felt suffocated by the mask and rushed to take it off as curses spilt from his lips, "Shit, shit, shit. Stay awake, please. Look at me, baby."

A weak smile made its way to your lips as you cupped his cheek with your hand and wiped a tear away, "You have really pretty eyes, Spidey," Peter laughed nervously and kissed your forehead. He felt slightly relieved when he saw that the fighting had finally stopped and doctor Cho was running to your side, followed by the other Avengers, "Is she going to be fine?" Peter asked with a panicked expression.

"Relax Pete. Let's give doctor Cho some space," Tony whispered as he helped Peter stand up from the floor, "She's going to be just fine kid."

You sat up on the bed as you gasped for air. You frantically looked around the room, only to realise it was not your room. You heard a door close and footsteps approach. The door opened and Peter walked in, he quickly raced to your side and offered you a glass of water as he took a seat on the bed, "What happened?" You wondered after taking a sip of water.

"You got injured pretty badly, but doctor Cho um, used the cell regeneration thingy to close the wound," Ge explained. You nodded and took another sip of water, "Thank you Spidey."

"My name's Peter," he smiled lovingly at you. You gladly returned the smile, "Pretty name, suits you," You commented with a laugh. Peter smiled down at you as he took your hand in his. He was relieved that you were perfectly fine, but Peter was also happy that you finally knew who he was and how he looked.

You were looking at him with a goofy grin, which instantly sparked a feeling of insecurity in his mind, was there something on his face? "What is it?" Peter asked with a nervous laugh, you shrugged your shoulders, "You're just really handsome, s'all."

Peter cupped your warm cheek with his hand as you looked into his eyes. For the first time, there was nothing between the two of you, no masks or secret identities and it was a relief. You captured his lips in a much-awaited kiss. butterflies erupted in your stomach as you slowly moved your lips against his, "I really like you," You whispered in between kisses. Peter smiled.

"I really like you too."
