After Tony put on the suit and they headed upstairs, he told Nick to hide in her room but she just rolled her eyes, not listening when she saw the brunette woman at the glass doors. She instead walked over to the door as Tony stayed back, and she let the woman in before shutting the door behind her, not remembering to lock it.

"Oh, uh, hi." The lady seemed confused as she looked down at the little girl, who then led her more inside while Nick pulled her hair out of the ponytail. "Hi, please tell me you're not a reporter."

"I'm not." The lady assured with a shake of her head, and Nick glanced out the window, seeing a bunch of news helicopters surrounding the mansion, which made her roll her eyes. But once Nick stepped into the living room, Tony stepped in front of her with a hand up, speaking through his Iron Man suit to the lady. "Right there's fine."

The lady pursed her lips and nodded, but after Tony didn't say anything, the lady tilted her head a bit while Tony said. "You're not the Mandarin." Then his helmet went up, "Are you?"

The lady smiled as she nodded, and Nick could tell that it wasn't a happy smile. "You don't remember." The woman chuckled, "Why am I not surprised?"

"Of course it's an old girlfriend." Nick spoke up with her nose scrunched up as she sent Tony a look, but Tony just ignored her and looked at the woman. "Don't take it personally. I don't remember what I had for breakfast."

"Gluten-free waffles, sir

"Gluten-free waffles, sir." JARVIS says, making Nick snort a bit, while Tony nods. "That's right."

"Okay, look, I need to be alone with you, someplace not here." The lady says, gesturing towards Nick and the large windows, making Nick narrow her eyes at the woman as she crossed her arms over her chest. "Uh, rude. I can kick you out of here easily."

"Don't worry, she's harmless." Tony said to the lady, nodding towards his daughter, who then sent a glare at him. But the lady just looked between them, "It's urgent."

"Then say it urgently." Nick shrugged, not leaving Tony alone with this woman, and Tony looked towards the young girl with a slightly amused smile, before he then turned back towards the woman with narrowed eyes, and turned around. "Normally I'd go for that sort of thing, but now I'm in a committed relationship."
