Cousins

"My little cousins love me too, they love nerf gun battles too." You laughed. "I loved nerf gun battles as a kid!" He said. You laid back on your bed and sighed. He laid down with you and sighed too. "So, what's bugging you?" He said turning to you. "Akuno was here last night, I didn't know it was him because it was really dark and he..." You paused and he looked at you concerned. "He?" He asked face puzzled. "Kissed me..." You bit your lip and looked away. "You kicked him out though right?" "Yeah I did it just can't believe he actually kissed me with his filthy mouth." You said your head sulking at your hands. "It's ok, I still love you because it's his fault for making you go through this." He pulled your chin up to his face and kissed you. The kiss was just as perfect and as magical as the first time. You both pulled away and he smiled at you. "Did I take that gross taste out of your mouth?" He said with a smirk. You giggled and nodded. Noya looked at the time and sighed. "It's almost midnight and we both gotta wake up early." You pouted and said "I wish we could stay here together longer." He smiled at you and got off the bed. "Me too but you'll get in more trouble when your parents find me here in the morning." "I love you." He said before climbing out the window. "I love you too." You watched him walk home and then laid back in bed. 

On the walk back home, Noya was listening to music and swaying his head to the beat. When he reached his house, his mother was outside the front door with her arms crossed. She was wrapped in her purple, fuzzy robe and had on her pink slippers.  "You were at her house at this time!?" "I wanted to check on her." They both went inside and he was walking to his room and she was yelling at him from the bottom of the stairs. "Isn't that why you have a phone, to text!" "Her phone got taken ma!" "You wanna stay up late? Fine with me, but don't go whining about how you gotta wake up early!" 

~~~NOYA'S POV~~~ The next morning, my mom came in and turned on the light yelling for me to wake up. I covered my face with a pillow and groaned. "Alright, alright I'm up!" I jumped off the bed then walked to the bathroom to brush my teeth. My mom was fixing her hair and she was putting makeup on. "I haven't seen you put makeup on since you went on a date night with dad." I said as I began to gell my hair. "Well I just felt like I should look a little nicer for the family tonight." I went back in my room and was about to throw on sweatpants but she walked passed me and glared. "The family is coming so please, dress nice." I rolled my eyes. Wearing dressy clothes wasn't my thing, but I had to. I dug in my closet to find a button down and I tried looking for dress pants. Finally, I found a pair of jeans and put them on and they surprisingly fit. My mom was already in the kitchen cooking and I was attempting to clean up the house a bit. We saw a car pull up and she told me to get the door. It was my aunt and uncle and their two kids, Riley and jake. Riley was a six year old girl and she had a year older brother. They ran in and hugged my legs. "Noya!" They shouted smiling. "Ay! Riles! Jake!" I kissed them in the forehead and they hugged my mom. I kissed my aunt and uncle on the cheek. The kids were set with the TV and my aunt and uncle were talking with my mom. Another couple  minutes go by and then another car pulls up, this time it was and mini van packed with my grandparents, two aunts, one uncle, and six kids. My aunt Mae was and single mother like my mom, and had three boys. Max, Dylan, and Trey. They were triplets and were all 3 years old. Aunt Rachel, however, was a married woman and had three kids as well, her oldest Madison 12 years old. Jasmine 8 years old, and Nicky a  five year old boy. Right behind their car was a small car which had the last aunt left, Aunt Lilly. She was pregnant with her first kid. Lily was the youngest sister on my mother's side. It's my mom, then aunt Rachel, then Mae, and finally Lilly. The kids played in the living room and I sat with them because I had no older cousins. My mom and her sisters cooked dinner while my uncles went outside to smoke. My grandparents watched us on the couch then immediately fell asleep. Aunt Rachel went over to me, "Yuu, you're such a handsome boy, why do you wear your hair up?" She said with a fake grin. Aunt Rachel hates my hair up especially the blonde streak. She always askes me about my hair. The kids started to get bored of the TV and wanted to play outside. I took them to the backyard where I still had an old tire swing on the tree in the far left. Some of them were swinging on the tire but I was playing with the toddlers back inside. Aunt Mae had some toys in their bag and I started playing with them. Dylan and Trey were playing calmly but Max was still super fussy. I started making funny face at him and he was laughing up a storm. When dinner was ready, I picked up Trey and Dylan, and held Max's hand to tell the other kids to come inside. I the aunts came to feed their younger children and the older kids sat in front of the TV.
