Forty-four - Her Fears

I swayed my sword and flipped backwards to avoid being hit. I continued to move away from my opponent's blade as I look for a way to slit anything in him. But I found none. His senses and defenses are too intact. I then remembered what he did the last time.

I rushed through him again while swinging my sword everywhere to distract him but he's really good. I can't keep up with him. I kicked him in his gut and he slouch but a seconds later, he's back on tract. So I tried to kick him on his lower leg causing him to lose his balance making him kneel his one knee. I quickly jumped over him while I hold my sword tightly at my side and I landed at his back side.

We were both panting when I heard him wince in pain. I then face him and I saw that I wounded him on his shoulders. I looked the blade of my sword and saw blood in it.

He then stood up and faced me while putting pressure on his wound like it doesn't even hurt a bit... that he just have to stop the bleeding. "Day by day, you are doing great, Victoria. I shouldn't have let my guard down."

"Thank you, Sir Ken." I answered. I don't know if I should feel happy that I manage to slit his now bleeding shoulder or be insulted 'coz he wasn't taking me seriously. Tch. Letchugas.

"You may now rest." He said and face the others. "Dismiss."

Ivo and Xavier rushed at my side. I can see their impressed expression for what I did and worried expression 'coz I'm not really minding them enough like I always do since yesterday night. I sighed. "I have to go."

"Agad agad, chief?" Ivo asked me. I nodded. I need to fetch Tyro at the clinic.

"Milady..." Xavier called me and handed a bottle of water like he always do.

"Salamat. I'll go ahead. Pakibantayan na lang si Clyde." I told them and rushed through the clinic.

Nakatingin sa akin ang ilang naglalakad ng makita ang ayos ko pero wala akong pakialam. Hindi ko ikabubuhay ang opinyon nila.

When I arrived at the clinic, I asked the nurse on what Ty's room number is. Nang ibigay niya ay agad naman akong nagpunta rito. This Clinic is huge, by the way. And to keep the privacy of the others who are sick, they made quarters at the second floor. Sa baba naman ay mga beds na separated by curtains.

May narinig akong nag-uusap sa kwarto ni Tyro kaya agad kong binuksan ito. There I saw him giggling while talking to Priam. He's here. And by the way he looks, seems like he's from his duties. He has this kind of look that designates if he's from his duties or not.

"And there! Granny V. gave me a star. I'm awesome right?" Ani ni Tyro habang pinapakita ang kamay niyang may star. I sighed in relief. His color is back.

"Mom!" Tawag niya ng makita ako. Tinangka pa niyang tumayo pero pinigilan siya ni Priam. He still have dextrose at him. Hindi na rin naman kasi kailangan pero nag-insist ako.

Agad akong lumapit sa kanya matapos kong isara ang pinto. "How are you, Ty?" Tanong ko. Ni hindi ko magawang tapunan ng tingin si Priam. Inaway ko kasi siyaㅡsila,  kagabi. I'm at fault, wala akong mapagbuntunan sa nangayari kay Ty. I can't face him now 'coz I'm too guilty.

Matapos mawalan ng malay ni Tyro kagabi. Si Klio agad ang unang nakabawi sa pagkagulat. Binuhat niya agad si Tyro papunta rito sa Clinic. Clydeus is in state of shock and he was crying. No Elites in sight, no Priam in sight. Nagpanic ako dahil hindi ko alam kung sino ang uunahin ko sa dalawa. Clydeus is crying, Tyro is pale and carried by Klio.

Buti na lang at naroon si Hanz. Inalalayan niya si Clyde at nabulyawan pa ako ng hindi ako kumibo sa tayo ko at pinapanood ko lang mawala sa paningin ko si Klio. I thanked Hanz for what he did kasi natauhan ako bigla. Kaya agad akong sumunod sa kanila. I've never been this scared in my whole life. What happened to Tyro scared the hell out of me. It was as scary as what the woman in red hair and eyes showed me. The thought that I'll be losing him was too painful for me to handle.
