Forty-five - Father and Daughter Talks, Warned

Tyro was humming a song he and Clyde watch on the TV while I'm bathing him and I can't help but smile as sang with actions.

"I'mmm a little teapot, short and stout!" He sang and raised his hands an create a short and stout motion. "Heeeeere is my handle aaaaand here is my spout~" He then used his hands again to motion a handle and spout. And he's was pouting all the time, that's why I can't stop myself from pinching his cheeks.

"Mom!" He said while scrunching his nose. Ayaw na ayaw niya talagang panggigigilan ang pisngi niya.

"What? Bawal na ba kitang pisilin ngayon sa pisngi?" I asked, pero umiling lang siya saka napatuloy sa pagkanta.

"When the water's boiling, hear meeeeee shout!" He stand on the tub with his right hand on his waist forming a handle and on his left forming me a spout, then he tiptoed a bit then sang again. "Lift me up and pour me down." He ended his song while he bended his body sideways.

I clapped my hands. "Wow. You memorized the song that fast, huh? Good job, Ty." I then wash his whole body and he whimpered afterwards.

"Really? I'll be showing this to... to Dad! And to Tito Clyde so he will give me chocolates again." He stopped. Then nag-isip saka itinaas ang isang kamay para bilangin niya 'yung kakantahan raw niya. "And Tito Seth so he will be more kind to you. And... and..."

"Your Tito Seth is the kindest, Ty. He's just always worried about me, you and the whole Elites. Isn't he cute when he's mad like a dragon who's breathing fire?" Tumatawang tanong ko sa kanya kaya tumawa na rin siya. He even teased me that he'll tell what I've said to his Tito Seth. Then he continued.

"I'll show this to Tito Xavier so he will show me his teeth while smiling. And Tito Cal 'coz he always keep on sleeping. And Granny V! And... and... to Pretty, to Captain, to Vice Captain. And to Tito Dudeㅡ no, he will laugh hard and he will show his shinning shimmering teeth." Dagdag pa niya. He keeps on sharing reason why he wanted to show them his song. Ayaw niya ipakita kay Ivo kasi natanggalan siya ng isang ngipin sa baba kanina. He feels teased when Ivo is showing his beautiful teeth knowing he lose one. Agad ko siyang inalis sa tub at binalot ng tuwalya saka dinala sa kama.

"Wieeeeee~ I'm a spring roll!" Aniya at saka gumulong sa kama. Mukha naman kasi siyang Lumpia. "Mom! I know whom I want to see it first." Aniya.

"Talaga? Kanino?" Tanong ko habang nilalagyan siya ng baby powder.

"Gramps!" Aniya at tinaas pa ang kamay. Natigilan ako bigla. "I wanna show this to Gramps, I wanna make him smile. He looks sick." Dagdag pa niya at ngumuso. Binihisan ko naman siya ng maayos ay pinag-blower ang buhok para matuyo.

Naisip ko bigla si Ama. Parang gusto ko siyang makausap. It has been a moth here since I last talked to him.

"You wanna talk to Gramps?" Tanong ko. Tumango naman siya. "Okay, well talk to Gramps later after we eat, and after you brush your teeth. Is that okay?"

"Yes... po! Ahihihi." He answered while giggling. Cute!

So after dinner, bumalik kami sa kwarto ko at saka ko kinuha 'yung mirror na tinago ko. Umupo kaming dalawa sa carpet ko malapit sa mini sofa and I chanted the exact words did the first time I used this.

Ang salamin ay unti-unting lumiwanag and it revealed the two fruits while they are putting something on the face. Like, what is that? Napangiwi ako.

"Cherry, ang bilis naman ng epekto ng binili natin kanina. Tingnan mo, kamukha ko na agad si Milady." Wika ng isa habang titig na titig sa akin na nakikita niya sa salamin.
