—-Loki—-

After making decision after decision the wedding is starting to piece together. We're having it outdoors I was hesitant to do this at first for fear the weather wouldn't cooperate but when I mentioned my concerns to Sam she laughed at me. I had forgotten about Sam's friend Ororo and her admittedly goddess like ability to manipulate the weather. Storm's ability to summon a thunderstorm rivals Thor's.

With this thought in mind the weather is no longer a concern something as implausible as a summer blizzard could roll in and Storm could simply will it away. That promise of ideal weather makes my planning a lot easier nothing's going to be carried off by the wind or rained on.

Around 10:30 I decide to shelf the discussion with the planners and newly hired staff for the set up of the event for a few hours. Doing so both to give us all a chance to get some lunch and so I can put some focus on a pet project I've been working on since our proposal. It must get done before the wedding.

I enter the store, I've been coming in often to see how his progress is going. Judging from the fine quality of the works they have for sale I get the feeling this is the same place Sam got my daggers from. The shopkeep spots me and comes over. I question him before he can even greet me.

"How's it coming along?"

"The jewels are coming along nicely but I'll need her precise measurements to complete it."

'Shit.' I try and think of a way to measure Sam's head without her becoming suspicious. ...It's impossible she's not stupid she'll put two and two together and realize I'm having a tiara made for her. I'm set on this being a surprise though. Suddenly a thought occurs to me. I summon an illusion of Sam. The shopkeep looks slightly bewildered but seems to remember who he's dealing with and brushes it off.

"That'll work."

He picks up a ruler and begins making the measurements on the illusion. It actually seems to be more helpful this way because he can take measurements right through the illusion getting a more precise measurement more easily. I smile a bit to myself as he does this. I know a tiara is not traditional for Asgardian princesses but becoming a princess is something of a dream all Midgardian women seem to have.

I felt I should make it feel as authentic as possible for Sam especially after witnessing her reverence for Shuri. After taking quite a few measurements he tells me he has everything he needs. I wave Sam's illusion away. I don't know where it comes from but I find myself genuinely grateful for the service the shopkeeper is providing me.

"Thank you for your discretion about this, I'm very eager to see the finished product."

He looks taken aback at my words before smiling.

"I... Indeed it should be done by the end of the week Prince Loki."

I wave my hand at the formality finding my lips curled into a smile.

"Just Loki will do fine. Now if you'll excuse me I have a wedding to plan."

"Of course. Farewell."

"Farewell."

I leave the shop to find some lunch before I head back to planning.
