Eddie

I sat with the rest of the people in the Great Hall, drinking coffee and having snacks with my friends when something brushed beside me. I smelled soot and a bit of musk. Chuckling I forwarded a mug of coffee and it disappeared.

"Thanks."

"Why aren't you with the Weasleys?"

"Too many people." Harry answered taking the bun in my hand. He was hiding under her cloak and I could guess the reason why. He was a bigger celebrity than he had been before and all he needed was some peace right now, "Where's Ginny?"

"Taking a walk somewhere. I figured I'd let her be for a bit."

"Didnt say where?"

"You know where. She thinks she needs to report to him. Atleast, one last time."

I heard him release a heavy breath.

Just then, Ron Weasley approached us and gave out a hand to me. I shook it with a smirk good.

"We're going home. Follow me." He spoke quietly. I grinned and Ron released my hand.

"Take care Ron."

"You as well, Ed." He sighed, "Come over with your friends as well. Mum's got food ready. Ginny would be happy to see you there."

"I..."

"Yeah, come along." Harry added. I looked back at Macy, staring at her Grandfather's body.

"I... I need to help someone get someone home."

"Who?" Ron asked.

"Macy's Grandfather." I released a breath.

"I'll come along, Ron." Harry added.

"Erm..." Ron was reluctant.

"Go home. I'll be there shortly." Harry insisted. Ron nodded with pursed lips and left.

"Come on, I'll help." Harry whispered.

"Harry, you don't have to."

"Ed, just let me. Come on." I didnt moved, "Im standing."

"Oh. Right." I stood and walked to Macy, who was beside Louis on the other end of the bench.

"I think we should take your Grandfather home, Macy. What do you think?" I asked with a held breath. She sniffed and looked up.

"Yeah."

"Come on." I put a hand out.

"How do we do this?" She gulped as my friends gathered around.

"I'll help." Professor McGonagall interupted.

"Professor." I acknowledged.

"A team of St. Mungo's will get Mr. Malcom back home, Ms. Macy. I advise you head with them." Macy nodded, "Mr. Potter will be joining you."

"What?" Macy sniffed.

"This way." Professor McGonagall waved her hand to the exit and we went for the school end corridor. Harry took off his cloak when we neared a clearing. Macy gasped when her Grandfather levitated on a stretcher beside us with two, well dressed in grey robes men stood beside it.

"Harry Potter."

"Its alright, Jenna. This is the least I can do."

"You dont have to." She gulped, "He died doing something he believed in. I don't hold you responsible." I smiled at her peaceful remark. I was proud of her bravery and confidence right now.
