FEBRUARY
Morning
[FreshMart Grocery]
*Jo was working a morning shift, without Tucker. She was restocking the cereal boxes, when her coworker, Ashton, walked over to her.*
                              Ashton: Hey, Jo.
                              Jo: Hey, Ashton. What's up?
*Jo wasn't very fond of Ashton. She was about the same age as Jo, and she was a little rude and classless at times.*
Ashton: So, you and Tucker have gotten pretty close, huh?
                              Jo: Sure.
Ashton: What's the deal with you guys?
Jo: Well, he's a little annoying but it works.
                              *Ashton scoffed.*
Ashton: No, I mean what's your status?
                              Jo: With Tucker? Uh... friends.
Ashton: Oh please, Jo. I'm not dumb.
Jo: Well apparently I am, because I have no idea what you're talking about.
Ashton: Wait, you mean you two aren't a couple?
                              Jo: Definitely not.
                              Ashton: Are you sure?
Jo: *joking* If we are, then I don't know about it.
                              Ashton: Do you like him?
                              Jo: No.
                              Ashton: Does he like you?
Jo: No. Is there a point to this?
                              Ashton: So he's completely free?
Jo: Ohhh, I see. You like Tucker.
Ashton: Well I don't know yet! Just a thought that's gone through my head... a few hundred times.
                              Jo: Right-
Ashton: I mean, have you seen him?! He is so beautiful. All the girls talk about him on break.
                              Jo: Really?
Ashton: Yes! They don't like you.
Jo: That's... nice. Look, Ashton, if you want me to ask him for you I totally can.
                              Ashton: For real?!
Jo: For real. Well, I'll try. But I should warn you, he's not really the dating type.
                              Ashton: Oh.
Jo: But hey! Never say never, right?
Ashton: Right. Wow, Jo, you're actually so nice!
                              Jo: Thank you.
Ashton: I don't know why the other girls hate you so much. I mean, they said that you're the reason God created the middle finger. And-
Jo: Okay I got it! Thanks.
Ashton: Okay, bye! I'm going to go on break again.
                              *Ashton walked away.*
                              A Little Later
[Nathan and Steven's house]
*Nancy walked in the living room. Steven and Nathan were sitting on the couch, as well as Nina.*
                              Nancy: Hey babe?
                              Nathan: Yea?
                              Nancy: I've been thinking...
*She sat down next to Nathan.*
Nancy: I think we should announce our engagement.
                              Nathan: Really?
Nacy: Yeah. I think we're ready. And I don't want to have the same fight we had when we were deciding whether or not to make our relationship public in the first place, so if you're not ready we won't do it. But I don't know about you, but I don't want to run around and hide this again. I mean, I don't want to have to take off my ring whenever we're in public and I don't want them to find out on their own. I want to be the one to tell them.
