Noon
[Kelly's office]
*Kelly is Nancy's manager, and helps her sort out all her music.*Kelly: Nancy! Just the girl I wanted to see.
Nancy: Hey Kels.
Kelly: Okay, take a seat. The music video hit 100 million views.
Nancy: I saw! I can't believe it!
Kelly: And it's gonna keep going, too. So, with the gross from that, we want to do another album.
Nancy: What! Already! That's amazing!
Kelly: Yep. But listen, we aren't just going to write another album.
Nancy: Oh.
Kelly: People want to listen to things they can relate to, something they connect to and can sing along with meaning.
Nancy: Right...
Kelly: You are the queen of singing about relationships.
*Nancy giggled.*
Kelly: But you're married now. Congratulations by the way.
Nancy: Thank you. So- uh, you want me to make up scenarios, and write a song about them?
Kelly: No, then the songs have no meaning to you. So, take some of your old songs. Some you really love. And make a tracklist. You could also write a song about a friend who has a relatable story.
Nancy: Okay.
Kelly: Or you could just go back and write songs about the past.
Nancy: I'll probably do a mix of each.
Kelly: Ok, so since some of the songs are already written, I expect a tracklist by next Friday.
Nancy: Okay.
Kelly: The songs don't have to be done, though.
Nancy: Okay.
Later
[a neighborhood]
*Nancy and Nathan had just gotten in the car, after a few hours of house shopping.*Nancy: Alright, we gotta go so we can get ready for the gender reveal.
Nathan: Yeah. I really liked that second house.
Nancy: Oh, me too. It was so... open and modern looking.
Nathan: Yet, it had kind of a cottage type feel to it.
Nancy: I felt that, too.
Nathan: So, what do you think it's gonna be?
Nancy: The babies? A girl and a boy.
Nathan: I think it'll be either two girls, or two boys. What do you want?
Nancy: Two healthy babies. I don't care the gender. What do you want?
Nathan: Definitely at least one boy. Oh! And, two healthy babies.
*Nancy smiled.*
Later
[Jo's backyard]
*Jo has the biggest house out of all of them, so she hosted the gender reveal in her giant backyard. There were lots of people there.*Jo: Hello Everyone! Welcome! Thank you all for coming, uh- I'm so happy to get to host this event for my two best friends. I already know the genders, and I can't wait for them to know soon. I sent in the results to a company and got these confetti bombs that they will be popping.
*Jo gave two sticks to Nancy, and one stick to Nina.*
Jo: So I figured we'd just go one at a time?
